GS Legs

I have the other two Gym Styles, and I love them. I am seeing great results with these.

I didn't buy GS Legs, and I am wondering if I should. For lower body I have...

Butts & Guts
4DS Legs (from kickbox dvd)
Total Body Sculpt LB
and various lower body sections from circuit workouts

Is it worth the investment?
 
Katie, IMO this work out is worth purchasing. It leaves me with DOMS for days. I say get it.

I have Gs too. How are you using them? How many times a week? How long did it take you to see results?

just curious since I got them few weeks ago and not sure if I should just do each DVD per day once a week or may be combine the 2 upper body for one day.

As for GS Legs, it's a good workout but if you have so many for legs, may be you would feel it's just repeating. I like it because I only had Butts and Guts (which is harder than GS Legs) but now I recieved the 4 day split... so I even have more leg exercises

there is a part of me that regrets getting GS since I feel I got so much more for my money with the 4 day split, I guess it will give variety for my workouts.

I am curious if you do GS for many weeks in a row or one week GS and the other 4 day split?

Darine, I purchased the Gym Styles in early September when I preordered the new ones. I have been using them for 3 weeks, and I will use them for one more week before switching over to the November rotation. I am doing something like this:
M: step cardio
T: GS Chest & Triceps
W: lower body
T: step cardio
F: GS Back/Shoulders/Biceps
S: kickbox and lower body

Unfortunately I did not take my measurements before I started, but the difference in my arms is visible. I have already been able to go up a few pounds in weight. Next time around I will measure. Also, I have been eating really tidy, and I have dropped a few pounds (I was stuck before).

I bought Gym Styles with the preorder. I love it. I wish I didn't wait so long. It is a great workout. I don't have Butts and guts but hope to get that next. It is so worth the purchase. It is a total leg workout.
 
I just did this one again today, and, having all the leg workouts, find this one to be my favorite. It hits all the areas of the lower body nicely without overkill, and Cathe's personality is more upbeat in this than in the rest of the GS workouts, imo.

I did GS Legs for the first time today and let's just say I dread tomorrow!! I thought Butts and Guts was hard until I tried this. Absolutely fantastic in my opinion. I don't know what DOMS are, but if means anything like "Cathe killed me with that last workout"... GS Legs will give you DOMS. You'll want this one!
