I already have the GS upper body workouts and I'm thinking of getting the Pure Strength DVD--suggestions anyone?
Thanks!!

Mary:)

Hi Mary! You should definitely have Pure Strength in your library. Pure Strength is more gym style & you'll truly enjoy it!! The legs workout is outstanding IMO-one of the best she's ever done. HTH, Kathy:D

If you had asked this question a few months ago, I would have said that I never use the PS series. Lately, however, I've grown to really like it. Each upper body segment is short enough to tack onto a cardio workout. I tend to use it in a CTX-like rotation. I'll do 45 to 60 minutes of cardio followed by one or two PS upper body segments. I usually only do the standing leg work, though, and skip the floor work (I just don't like floor work in general, no matter what the series).

I'd say go ahead and get PS. I prefer GS, but I'm definitely getting very good use out of PS too.

I love PS. It was the first strength series I bought and I use it still. PS is simple and straightforward, but definitely not easy. IMO it's more gym-style than Gym Styles. I got very good strength gains from this series.

Then you'll have a really good variety for strength training. Add Pyramids while you're at it.:p
