Greek Style Yogurt

I've been looking in vain for Greek-style yogurt--but I just found some Brown Cow Greek-style fat-free plain yogurt at my Wal-Mart! They must have just started carrying it. I'm a happy camper. It really is good stuff. I just had a cup with blueberries, 1/2 oz. of walnuts, and some stevia.

But now, due to the post about the Wal-mart picture website, I'm going to have to watch what I wear when I go get me some of said yogurt--I guess the Wonder-Woman outfit is out?! No more stopping after I drop my daughter off at school when I have my exercise clothes on and no mascara.

Hey Elsie,

I'm sure your Wonder Woman outfit would be fine. I wear my workout clothes most everywhere and I rarely wear make up. I'm sure I've frightened someone somewhere w/ the dark circles under my eyes. :p Bummer for them...

I got tired of hunting around for greek yogurt, and make it now! Turns out it's easy: take organic plain yogurt (nonfat if you like), put into yogurt sieve (I bought one on ebay), wait overnight, and it's done :)
