Her musclulature is impressive; from a purely aesthetic point of view, I think I prefer her original shape (and I'm glad I do prefer her original shape, because it is much closer to my own!)

I agree; this is impressive but I prefer her "before" shape too.

i just looked it up on the internet and decided it would not be something i'm interested in. she says that its fun but on the videos it looked boring. its basically squats, lunges, pushups, wallsquats done xtimes then repeated 2 more times. i'm sure its effective but i enjoy doing insanity better

LOL i would love the before shape too!!

anyone read her nutritional advice? she talks about negative calories (burning more calories to digest a food than is actually in the food to begin with); i thought this whole negative-calorie notion was false??

she's definately not a nutrition expert by any means. i'm going to start TT on monday as i'm tired of just spinning my wheels. Plus doing that 3 times per week allots me a good amount of time to fit in yoga. I like doing full body circuit types of workouts. She looks good but i for myself don't want her after body. I posted b/c the amount of body composition change she had was great! I'm not listening to her diet advice as i follow whats right for me.

I've done TT. For the most part it's workouts from paper. It is basically set of exercises repeated three times - squats, lunges, push ups, pull ups, and ab work. They are good programs and will kick your butt, but they are not for everyone. I just put on some rocking music and go to town.

Christine, do you think the cardio he does is comparable to Insanity workouts?
