I'm really impressed with the new 4-day split. It was a real shock to my body after doing Hardcore Extreme, Body Max2, and Drill Max for about a year now. I'm so glad the 4-day split are all under one hour since I work full time. The choreography was much different than any of the other videos, and the weight training is phenomenal.
