This is probably somewhere on the forum somewhere, could not find, but could anyone tell me what the recommended protein intake is for muscle growth? Is it based on your weight? Link, even, would be ok.
I don't remember the exact link to the article -- but www.bodybuilding.com had an article on protein requirements based on your goals (bodybuilding vs powerlifting vs endurance-athlete vs average jane). The above URL will put you at the main page -- which then has 2 links: 1 to the supplement/product store, and then 1 to the information site. It is a good site with lots of really helpful information even if you're not interested in bodybuilding.
