I got sts for Christmas. What an AWESOME present it is I haven't wasted any time, I have done all three for this week already. I know all about rest days and what not, I wouldn't dream of doing the upper body ones on consecutive days. My question is if three a week is really a maximum? I know it would mess up the rotation a bit, but mr shock cardio stil isn't here, and I want to do the next chest, shoulders and bicpes workout so badly! Will this diminish my results?
