Got my videos and have a question

I got Supersets and Push Pull. And I guess I am wondering how they are different from each other? Both seem to be endurance type workouts.

Supersets is more of an endurance workout but Push Pull uses two counts up and two counts down so you can use your heaviest weights, and there is only 1 set for most body parts.
