So I went and purchased the Go-Fit 15# KB I found finally at my local Target today.
After viewing and doing the exercises on the dvd that came with the KB I decided I wanted something more as I absolutely enjoyed what I could do w/ the KB.
I'm truly excited about this form of exercise as I was practicing the swings it really got my HR up but those turkish get ups are difficult for me with the 15#.
The 1st few tries with the Cleans well my forearms felt them good so I know I need to work on those. I may need to get something to protect my forearms though as the KB rests on them right at the bone owie. Do any of you get bruising ?
So I ordered Lauren Brooks dvd I've read its a good beginner KB dvd but what other dvd should I get that would help me with form that will also give me a good workout?
I would like to get another KB dvd that will show me proper form , will give me a good workout and is complimentary to the one I just ordered.
Was Lauren's dvd a good choice as my 1st KB workout?
At the moment I just want 2 really good dvds that I can work with and maybe into a possible rotation as I learn.
I have a ways to go with kettlebells and honestly don't know why I resisted them so much.
I've looked into Anthony's Training DVD but man I'm not sure I want to invest in 2 disc's at that price for just instruction,
since he does have those minute of strength videos on his site.
Any tips and or advice is appreciated.
