Not sure. Might watch them first. I'm hardly home at all this weekend. Plus we're having a bad heat wave, yeah a heat wave in Nova Scotia with high humidity. So I'm a bit leery of trying something new and intense until it breaks. Walking in the morning and a dip in the ocean seems more likely. Sorry for the long answer ha ha

I have family and friends in New Brunswick and PEI, and yes they are complaining about the heat too
. At least it's not snow and cold . I hate the Canadian winters

I hear you on the heat, high of 30 in Winnipeg today!
I love winter, we cross country ski and skate a lot. My son and Dh play hockey and of course winter is much better since the Jets came home and we were fortunate enough to get season tickets.
Of course I also enjoy our annual winter holiday away from the cold.
