Got Burnt By CIA VHS order!

I am very frustrated at the moment!

I made an order from the CIA (Creative Instructors Aerobic) website.

My purchase with a credit card was "Debbie Burns, Bodyboxing TKO". "It" arrived today. Inside the box is a "Hollywood Video of Home Alone"!!!! It still has the bar strip from the rental store on it!

There is an invoice. I also went back to the web site and rechecked my order. UPS did deliver it. I am out $25.45.

Since it is Friday I can't contact them til Monday. Can I please get advice on how to handle this? My first time to have gotten a "bad" deal on the internet.

I am MORTIFID!!!
NO one was home when I arrived and opened the package. I finally got a hold of my husband who informned me he played a joke on me. He switched the tapes.

I am NOT smiling. I am SO SORRY!!!! CIA DID send the right VHS.
Anything even hinted at that CIA did anything wrong I Retract!!!!

I can't seem to delete the original message.

I truly am grieved !!! I am so upset with my husband !!!!

This was NOT funny!!!! I profusely apologize to CIA.

I am trying really hard not to laugh!!! That is just too funny. I am sure CIA would understand if they were to read this thread! Thanks for a good laugh and tell your DH to BEHAVE himself! :7 (I'm sure he knew how excited you were to receive that tape for him to switch them!)

I would be upset with my husband too if he did that. I THINK my husband knows better because he knows how I anticipate the arrival of new videos. I don't think I would find the humor in that little trick but oh well, you did get your video, right???

I think it's time for a little revenge here, Laura. A bit of taste of his own medicine concept.

Here is my idea: go to the QVC website, order a great big fake diamond (they look pretty real) and wear it in front of your husband. When he asks about it tell him you were so upset about his little joke that, on an impulse, you stopped at a jewelry store and could not help yourself.

He will probably fall on the floor in shock thinking about how much that diamond cost. Let him twirl in the wind for as long as you think appropriate.
