Got better results

by using my Cathe's and Cinch plan than when I did P90X. It's going to waste here so if anyone is interested in it (I have everything except the separate Ab Ripper X which is also included on the upper body workouts), please e-mail me to discuss. Thanks.

I have P90X so I won't bite, but what kind of results? What is the "Cinch" plan?? Do tell all! You know you can't say stuff like that here and then just saunter away! :)

Marie

Hi Marie. Fat loss and muscle definition results like I've never had. (I just got a digital camera for Christmas so I will do pics as soon as I get post holiday re-organization). Cinch is a weight/inch loss plan by Shaklee that I started in September. (Some folks have pm'd me about it because I don't want to look like I'm selling it on here), but I've dropped 17 pounds - 3 more to go :)!! and have actual definition. Cinch has a higher amount of leucine which is thought to preserve muscle tissue in the face of weight loss. It has worked for me.

Now in all honesty, I didn't combine Cinch with P90X so perhaps I might have gotten really good results from that. But I am seriously considering buying fluidity and DH won't be too happy unless I can swap some things out. My P90X is getting the least use. I did use it for one entire rotation and followed Tony's food plan. I found it to be a solid program, but I really missed my Cathe stuff.

Interesting, I'll have to look into that, so thanks for the info.

I have Fluidity and LOVE it. :) If you get it, you might want to get your hands on the Lotte Berks (all but the Basic Essentials - very short and total waste of time) and Bar Methods workouts, too. (TBM has much more instruction than the Fluidity DVDs, which are great but seem to assume a lot of prior knowledge.)

See - y'all are getting me to really consider buying that! I did a search on VF and folks there seem to really like it. It's different from anything else I have. Thanks for the info on the other workouts Marie.

Do these workouts use a barre, or do you just incorporate the Fluidity barre into them somehow? TIA for the info.

Am I the only one that is not following anything you all are talking about? I am completely lost here.......

TBM?? Fluidity???

The Cinch from Shaklee - is it a weight loss drink or something?

Wanting to sell P90X? - oh my:eek:

Intrigued with this thread but totally confused!!:D

Please enlighten me:)

Thanks!!

Angie

Sorry to confuse you Angie. The Lotte Berke method is a ballet -inspired form of exercise. The fluidity barre uses that concept - check out www.fluidity.com for more information. Cinch is a weight loss program from Shaklee that I have been using for a few months and I love. Check out www.cinchclub.com for more information. Wanting to sell P90X? Yes I do. I found it very good for one round, but I'm finding better results from my Cathes, and I think I'd get more use out of fluidity. So if I can opt for that instead, I will. Did that help?

Marie - may I ask how long you've had your fluidity and how do you incorporate it into your Cathe's or P90Xs? Does it use a lot of space, and what results have you seen? So full of questions huh? (I'm sooooo close to ordering)

Lorrie:

How long does the Cinch starter kit last? one or 2 weeks? you only get 10 bars and it looks like you eat one a day. The program looks good but it must cost a fortune!

Hi fox2star. The initial kit is a 2-week supply. Yes - the 10 bars is odd, though I subbed in other snacks for those 4 days. The initial price is high, but that's because it has the CD rom and all the gadgts like pedometer, etc. After that, the cost evens out and is lower than what I would otherwise spend (because keep in mind it is a meal replacement). But you are right, the initial cost looks high.
