Charlotte I love that whole Confession Cd. I really like the song I Love New York and then Forbidden Love. I think just about every song really gets you motivated when doing cardio.

I love the Rage Against the Machine song at the end of the Matrix. I think it's called "Wake Up". It was one of the best song-movie pairings I've ever seen. I wonder if that song would be good on the treadmill?
