I want to do Cathe's November 06 rotation, but I don't have KPC or Drill Max. Any suggestions for subs?

I also have 10-minutes Solutions Kickbox with Keli Roberts - is that enough of a sub for KPC?

For Drill Max, you could subsitute Boot Camp. For KPC, you could do

Timesaver # 4……..43 minutes)
Warm Up (Kick Punch Crunch)
Cardio Kickbox (Kick Punch Crunch)
Shoulders (Step Jump Pump/Timesaver Bonus Footage)
Stretch (Kick Punch Crunch)

and if you want to add the 10-minute Solutions Kickbox. Since KPC also has abs, you could add on an ab section from either C&W, Pyramid Upper Body, BM2 or Supersets.
