Good Results With HST Workouts

Hey Ladies!
Haven't posted recently but just wanted to let you know I am seeing good muscle build with the Hypertrophic Specific Training that was discussed on an earlier thread here. I have done 2 weeks times 3 workouts at 15 reps., 2 weeks times 3 workouts at 10 reps., and now I am getting ready to start 2 weeks at 5 reps. I am doing more sets and exercises than was prescribed on the HST site but it is working!! My bike shorts have gotten pretty tight through the thighs and butt and I have always used that as one indicator that I am growing overall, along with tight shirt sleeves around the biceps. So........it's working!!
Incidentally I am only doing 2 or 3 cardios a week for a total time of 80 to 100 mins.
Anyone interested in getting a little bigger might want to try this workout. I can email my workout to anyne who wants it.

Hi Trev! Good for you! It's nice to hear that you revamped your previous routine and are challenging yourself in a new direction! Way to go!Keep up the great work!

BTW , I would love to have a copy of your program (could you paste it here Or email me, whichever is easier for you) also I'd love to see a pic of you in your bike shorts}(

Great job Trevor.....I was wanting to hear some results. Are there any ladies out there seeing results? Amadeus and I are trying a version of the HST and we love it. It is a loose version though as we have fit in Cathe workouts to fit the HST profile, but I'm still seeing results and enjoying my workouts quite a bit more.

It is good to see you around! My hubby just started another rotation of PUB ( he does all of Cathe's most recent weight tapes)and was commenting that he thought he needed another set of dumb bells. I would love to see this workout! Are you using your home gym of weights at home?

Janice, honestly I don't know, but I'm going to check into it, I hate looking through sites as well as our computer is sooooo slow. I can tell ya, I'm starting to see some definition in my shoulders finally, even with the prego chubbiness. Will let ya know what I find.
