Hi, I just wanted to introduce myself to the forum since I'm new. Also to help me to stay with my goals.
Because I am already having negative thoughts after my first workout this morning. As with most people, I have obstacles. The worst one is that I've been dealing with daily headaches for 8 years.
I've been seeing an alternative doctor for the past year and she has helped me a lot! The headaches are not daily anymore, it's sporatic. I may do good for a week then have headaches for 2 weeks. We have gotten to some childhood issues, but obviously not all of them. When I move a lot, it causes my head to hurt more. Like working out. ;( So that's why this is so hard for me. I want to work out to lose 80 pounds, I know it will make me feel better.....but it makes my head feel worse. That's a tuffy!
I live in Michigan with my husband and 3 children that we homeschool. Seven years ago I was working out, eating right and lost 40 pounds...I've kept 20 of that off until recently...now the number is 35. ;( :-( My oldest child is graduating this year and my first goal is to lose 24 pounds by June 8th for her open house. That's 12 weeks from now, and it's 2 pounds a week. I just need to keep thinking about my goal.
Thanks for listening to me. I'm off to work. Have a great day.
