I just read Donna's posting in which she reccommends a hi/lo video workout and makes a request that I want to repeat here as a separate listing to see if we get more attention an suggestions from the crowd!
Can anyone reccommend any good hi/lo videos? Both Donna and I are talking a good hour's workout. Cathe's MIC hi/lo portion is great, but it's 28 minutes that leave you hungrier for more!!!
My suggestion for the week for a workout I did last week that really worked for me and left me feeling aerobically pumped and set for the day is:
Cathe's MIC cardio hi/lo portion (28 mins) followed immediately by Mindy Mylrea's Cardio Intervals with Pump party tape, but only do the 20-odd minutes of hi/lo intervals that come after the step intervals. I had the Mylrea part wound to start at the exact spot required, and it was a great combo.
Any more reccommendations from you guys?
