I, too, am leaving for Vegas December 8th and want to lose those last 10 pounds!!! That's been my goal for a while, but I'm making my Vegas trip my target goal date! We go to Vegas about twice a year -- last time I went I was about 10 pounds heavier than I am presently. If I can lose about 10 more -- it will be 20. We go with the same group everytime so it will be noticed if I can pull it off!
Right now I started my own made up rotation of doing Cathe's circuit training videos every other day for the next six weeks (I started last Saturday the 23rd). Not really focusing on heavy weight training, but more on cardio. On the other days, I'm doing other cardio like step, kick box, treadmill, etc. I take a day off when I feel I need it. I'm eating as clean as I can and hoping for the best.
