Hi Cathe...and anyone else out there that can help me...I have a question...how do you start lifting heavier...I can go about 12 pounds (i know i'm a weakling) but want to lift heavier...how does one go about that...I can barely get all the reps out with 12 pounds..I just purchased your pure strength dvd but wanted to see if i could get this question answered first before i begin.
