I am trying to do a fat blast/tone rotation. I have searched old posts for insight, but will ask this question for the millionth time because I think about it for hours on end. You see, with a 4 yr. old a 2 yr. old, husband and house to care for, I have nothing to do.
I work out 6 days a week with the longest workout day around 50 minutes. Should I do three days cardio/3 days weights? Or should I do splits like I have been, trying to work upper 2 times per week after a cardio session of 20-30 minutes based on intensity. Also, I have a leg day and a 50 minute cardio day. I haven't had a lower body weights day for a few months.
