Hi Guys I've been feeling better since i last posted! But anyway I was wondering what DVD you guys would suggest for a glute workout. I've really been having a hard time getting that part of me how can I put this....high and tight.....I'll also look around thanks guys!!

Hi, Luis! I'd suggest the Legs & Glutes workout (on the same DVD as Kick Punch and Crunch), as well as the Hard Core Gym Style Legs DVD. Prepare to have some equipment purchased, such as a band and a stability ball, as well as some light ankle weights.

Also, weighted "step-ups", or what Cathe refers to as "leg presses", where you step up in a slow and controlled manner onto a high step (no higher, however, that a height where your knee goes past 90 degrees of flexion) are proven to be the single best glute-builder. If none of your current Cathe DVDs have those, consider investing in the Pyramid Upper / Lower Body, and the Boot Camp / Muscle Endurance DVDs, because those have a LOT of step-ups / Leg Presses.

Personally I've had the best results with the Gym Style - Legs, which seems to have given me more muscle definition overall. My second rating based on results would be for Pyramid Lower Body, although I think Legs and Glutes is actually a lot more fun. Gym Style Legs is my absolute favorite though, for both results and fun.

I have never had DOMS and felt my glutes work as hard as they do in GS legs. That workout is AWESOME, expecially the lying leg work.
I also like legs and glutes, but don't feel is as much as gym style legs.
