wHAT IS THE BEST EXERCISE TO LIFT THE GLUTES, ESPECIALLY TOWARD THE INSIDE (BY THE INNER THIGH) WITHOUT MAKING THE THIGHS BIGGER!! aLSO, THE BEST EXERCISE FOR BACK OF THIGH?? yES, i ALREADY KNOW WE CAN'T SPOT REDUCT. i WAS THINKING STEP AEROBICS, LUNGES? tHE QUESTION HOW DO YOU GET YOUR GLUTES LIFTED WITHOUT MAKING IT BIGGER AND USING WEIGHT????
 
you can use a stability ball and a resistance band like on cathes gym style legs which is excellent for you thighs and butt without adding bulk.
 
Hi Spoof! Plie squats with high repetition, low weight, and deep as you can get range. Also, use the stability ball section of Pyramid Lower Body will get the back of the thighs burning ;-)
