Glut DOMS!!

It's been a long, long time since I've had DOMS in my gluts. So long that I'm not sure I've had them before ;) (I probably have). I did Meso 2 Week 2 and this is the first time I've had much in the way of DOMS on legs.

I hate leg workouts so I didn't bother with the RM testing and I'm sure I'm going lighter then I should overall, but I'm giving myself credit for even DOING the leg workouts. :p

So I lift my amino acid filled glass to DC (that's Dear Cathe) for giving me glut DOMS. Oh and those mountian climber terminator squat thrusts in Boot Camp were evil. My gluts were having none of those. I did regular squat thrusts instead.

Anyone else get DOMS in their gluts?
