Glove type in KPC

I have been doing KPC for quite some time and have been looking just as long for the type of gloves that are worn during that workout. But it isn't easy when you are quite sure what exactly you are looking for.

Could you please tell me what type of glove that is, I am assuming it is a "kick boxing" type of glove, but not sure. Do you also know of a good place to purchase them at?

Hi Melanie! Great name by the way!! I think Cathe just has boxing tape on her hands. I use 2lb handweights with all my kickboxing workouts though for added umph!!! You may want to check that out. Mine ar brand "Altos" I believe.

Cathe and her crew used wraps not gloves in KPC.

Hi Melanie! We are using wrist wraps that we taped down (to be sure that they would not unravel while we filmed). A more popular choice and much more convenient choice for a wrap is as follows if you are interested.

THANK YOU!! I am logging on to purchase now. I also find an excuse to not to KPC. I am not sure why, I actually really like the workout, it really puts me to the test. I think I am just a little scared of it. I know I can do it, and do it pretty well. For some reason I just like to find an excuse not to do this workout. Well now that I am purchasing gloves I can't just let money sit in my workout closet, so here is to no more excuses!!

Get a load of this Cathe...

I placed the order for my gloves and wouldn't you know it the shop is 10 minutes down the road from me, so I don't have to wait for shipping, I am actually taking a break from work to run down there. Oh, I am so excitted. I had KPC on my rotation for this Thursday and was a little bumed that I wouldn't have my golves in time.
