Give lowmax a chance! I take back my previous post of too easy!

Take advice from me on this one! Do lowmax ALL the way thru before you give up on it!

Lastnight I did lowmax and quit after interval #2 thinking I wasn't getting a workout. What I realized was I needed to take it lower and focus on my legs more. This morning I tried it again and it kicked my butt. My heartrate was up and I was sweating. There was one interval (#4 I think?) where I even paused a little bit longer in recovery than she did.

She definitely kicks it up a notch I think from int #3 on so had I made it to #3 lastnight I don't think I would have quit. Now that I know how hard it is I will probaby enjoy the first two intervals as I know the rest aren't so easy ;)

I guess I should never doubt Cathe - should have known she'd kick my butt on this one. I think it will be one of my all time favorites!
