Hello friends,

Anyone out there doing any of Gilads workouts and if so, what can you tell me about them. I'm pondering if I should add these to my already growing collection for variety.

Take care,

Iris

I have the Fatburning workout and I love it on the rebounder!! It is my favorite rebounding workout right now, in fact I plan to do it tonight. The high-impact portion is just perfect on the rebounder. When they walk in place, I jog, and make the entire routine high-impact to bring up the intensity. I really enjoy Gilad and have ordered more Gilad workouts to try on the rebounder.

RE: Gilad-SO FUNNY!!

I LOVE Gilad!! His moves are very remedial and he will make you laugh...at him, of course. Goods ones: Get fit in Jeruselum, Best of Gilad, 30 min fat burning, and his advanced step. Do not even bother with any of his toning tapes...they are for beginners. His workouts are great when you just don't feel like doing anything else or if you are short on time. Have fun!

RE: Gilad-SO FUNNY!!

Gilad is on in the morning and I sometimes as able to get up early enough to do a workout with him. It's a great quick workout if you don't have a lot of time - at least it is with the TV workouts.

I have just discovered Cathe. I am 51 and have been working out for 8 years. I ordered the Gilad Step Aerobics (Waikiki) before I found Cathe. Although I thought it was a good step video, it was way to basic for me.
I worked out with Gilad on T.V. before I joined the fitness center and I liked him very much (he looks good too! lol) I would suggest the step video for anyone just beginning, but not for the advanced stepper.
I am so disappointed lately with the classes at our firness center, I am thinking of saving my money and spending it on Cathe videos for home. There are only 3 advanced classes a week, all in the evening, and I am paying $50.00 per month.
Sorry, that is off subject, but again, Gilad Step is a good beginning step workout.

Hang onto that Gilad video. It's great to have something that's simple but still vigorous for those not so good days. Looking at Gilad will cheer you up immensely, and if you put your all into the last part of the tape, you'll get a great workout.

BTW, Fat Burning followed by the Step workout is a great combo. Not as intense as MIC, but your CV system will still be challenged.

I guess you're right, I think my time at the advanced level is limited. But, boy! do I love the intensity of advanced step!!
I hope I have enough sense to know when to step down a litte.

I told my buddy that the last segment is a lot better, and you can also hype up the intensity on your own.

Thanks for the tip, I'll check out Fat Burning.
