Gift Certificate is not working

Really, it's not accepting my gift certificate. What do I do?
When I ask for contact support, I can't seems to get an email sent. I'm not computer savvy so it's hard to ask anywhere else but here. Please help, I want to spend money, I have a hole in my pocket. Would love to purchase (using my gift certificate) a tower and slanted risers.

Did you use this page? It wasn't clear to me how to use a certificate at first, but I found the Help, and found this:

Gosh Darn It!
When I type in email and password this is what happens. I've had this email and password for a long time. It hasn't changed. I thought I would put in a different password, but it still comes up with this message.

I'm just wondering if my son gave Cathe.com the correct email address. Is that what could have happened? And if so what can be done to correct it?

hmmm, maybe the password is wrong? did you try the "forgot your password" link to get a new one sent to you? some company policies for security won't tell you which one is wrong, like how this message just states it could be one or the other. So it might be your password, not the email.
I'm not sure if the login password is the same for the shopping site as it is for the boards.
Did you get the certificate number sent to your email address from SNM? Or did your son just send it to you? If it was sent direct from SNM, then you at least know that email address is correct, but I don't think that would matter anyway.

Once again, thank you for helping me. It worked with a new password and I ordered the The Tower and the Slanted risers. But, It wouldn't allow me to apply 20% to the slanted risers. But, I did mention it when they give you a message box to write a message in it. Oh, I have ordered so many times.........
So, thank you for your help. Is it me, or is it that difficult? Must be me.
