I should be getting Step Blast any day now and I am wondering if it will have any preview clips of the others in the BB series ? You know how VHS tapes have like "commercials " before the actual program starts ? This way I know if I want the whole series or not, geez I have never been in such a delima or not. I think mostly b/c I don't have all the equip. needed. ( barbell, some dumbbells have up to 8 #, stab. ball, high step, I do have a FL though ).

What ever you invest is well worth every cent. I think it is time to get the cc out and start adding to your collection, LOL. Anyway I did the Step Blast today and had a blast. The new moves are so much fun. I found Cathe about a year ago and my cc fried this whole year because I started adding every month, LOL. I just got a stability ball today the one Cathe has in her new BB. I did have one but it wasn't strong enough for the weights and this one is so much better, much firmer. Have fun when you get Step Blast
