Getting Started

Hi!
I'm new to workingout with Cathe and looking for guidance in purchasing additional DVD's. My current exercise routines consists of hiking 3-4 times per week, for a total of 20-25 miles per week. I do have the basic step and body fusion DVD, I found this great for teaching me the basics,I am ready to kick it up a couple notches. Ant suggestions? Thanks Kellylee :+
