Getting really cut

Cathe, I know you cannot reply to every post, but is there something I can add during the week so my arms will look more cut in one month? I am defined but want to be more cut. I follow your rotations and I also walk on my lunch at work.

thanks,

Val

I'm not Cathe, but I can tell you what worked for me...Slow and Heavy to complete failure 2x's per week for 2 weeks...I did each tape 2x's per week, and upped my weights to the next one up (if I usually used 12's, then I bumped to 15's, etc...)...I was FRIED and needed the 2 days off between workouts for each muscle group...But, at the end of 2 weeks, DH caught me "flexing" like a teenage boy after I got out of the shower....It's quite amazing what a body is capable of!

S&H twice a week YIKES }( }( My muscles hurt just thinking about it-LOL. May have to give it a try.

Does that mean that you did say, leg/shoulders Monday, chest/back Tuesday, biceps/triceps Wednesday, leg/shoulders, Thursday, chest/back Friday, bicepts/triceps Saturday and off Sunday and then repeated that again the next week?

Sounds like a great workout idea. I love working my upper body and I love the S&H series. This might be a great rotation.

Just a thought... If you don't have time/energy to do all of the S&H series 2x per week, you could just focus on S&H shoulders and arms 2x. You could do something for the rest of the body 1x per week for maintenance for the month, eg, MIS or Muscle Max without shoulders/arms.

Yep, I did them one video per day (the whole thing) for 6 days a week, 2 weeks (Monday-Saturday with Sunday off)...All I could say was WOWSWERS!!!
