getting ready for Hard Core..Terminater revisited

I pulled out the Terminater DVD and did the Viper, forgetting what an intense but doable workout this is.

The days activities limited my workout to 70" , therefore I just skipped the last C&W and Imax2 segment and went right on to the last weights segment. This brought me right to 70" total with most body parts worked (except abs), and legs well exhausted with the consecutive Imax2 and ME segments. (workout is normally 79").

The Viper will be visitited more often by me. The combination of ME segments alternated w/ Imax2 & C&W is a good challenge. If you think C&W is too easy for upper body and legs, then try the Viper instead. It takes the exhaustion factor up a level.
 
I just did the viper wednesday and it left me pretty wiped out. I love the Gauntlet also and IMAX Xtreme (except I usually skip through the compound weight parts on that one and just make it one long cardio). I often do the gauntlet a la Aquajock (no upperbody, just legs and cardio)

Anyway, I love tough circuit workouts and I can't wait for Hardcore Extreme.

I just got this CD and did Gauntlet last night. I loved it!!! I was ready to be done after the 4th cycle, though. When the 5th one started, I thought - This must be the last one. But no! When #6 started, I had to sit down and rest for awhile. But I did it and look forward to many more times.
