Wow, Cheryl, sounds like a great workout! Lisa, good luck with STS again. DH and I started STS again last week. I don't think we're going to be quite as strict about following the exact program this time. (For example, I don't think I'm going to do the legs at all...the last time around I kept hurting myself in the leg workouts, and I don't do well with heavy weights for legs. Might do some plyo legs though.) We had a great back and triceps workout yesterday. Today I did some walking, nothing too strenuous. Tomorrow will be another STS day.
