getting kick punch crunch and... rotation help?

is kpc more cardio than weights? i'd like a cardio routine i can do the day after i do weights. is this a good one to balance it all out?

or if you could help me with my rotation that would be really great!
here are my dvds- (accumulated all within the past week or so!--
some i haven't even tried yet)

body max 2
high step circuit
butts & gutts
KPC/legs & glutes
drill max
boot camp | muscle endurance
slow & heavy

i also have jari loves dvd 3 pack but i'd like to stick with cathe for now.

KPC is all cardio plus an abs section. Legs & Glutes (on the same DVD) is a lower body weighted workout. Looking at your collection I think KPC is a great addition. As for a rotation I'd do Cathe's February 2007 rotation and sub for the DVDs you don't have. Like this:

Week 1:
M: Body Max 2
T: Low Max - sub with KPC
W: SJP - sub with Boot Camp or HSC
Th: 45 min interval run
F: Leaner Legs - sub with Legs & Glutes
Sa: OFF
Sun: Drill Max

Week 2:
M: 45 min steady state run
T: Body Max 1 - sub with Body Max 2
W: Cardio Kicks - sub with KPC
Th: Butts & Guts
F: Cardio Fusion - sub with Body Max 2 Cardio blast premix or Drill Max Ultra Cardio premix
Sa: LIC - Sub with High Step Circuit
Sun: OFF

Week 3:
M: Power Hour - sub Jari Love's Slim & Lean or Drill Max Total Body pre-mix
T: 45 min interval run
W: Muscle Endurance
Th: Imax 3 - sub with Body Max 2 Cardio blast or a 60 min interval run/cycle
F: Bootcamp
Sa: OFF
Sun: Legs & Glutes

Week 4:
M: KPC
T: Cardio & Weights - sub with Body Max 2 Cardio & Weights premix
W: LIS - Sub with a 45 min brisk walk or cycling
Th: High Step Challenge - Sub with High Step Circuit
F: OFF
Sa: Muscle Max - Sub with one of your Jari's or Muscle Endurance
Sun: MIC - sub with Drill Max Ultra Cardio Premix
