Good morning,

I have no workout to report yesterday, I pulled or pinched something in my leg:eek: I will do some stretching first.

I will wait until this afternoon to workout and see how my leg is feeling? Not sure, what I will do today....

Hope you all had a wonderful and relaxing weekend. I had dinner in DC with DH and DD, that was fun.

WO done already! BS, but hey, it's done!

Spent yesterday recovering from the slumber party, then doing all the normal household stuff. I was supposed to be out of town all this week, but those plans were put on hold at the last minute. I could still be going at a moments notice, hence my desire to get something done.

Belinda - Hope your leg feels better! Yes, take it easy until you are sure it's OK.

Allee - Hi! How have you been? Enjoyed your rest day? I haven't been getting on FB much lately, way to busy.

Heidi - What are your plans for the week.

I am done with HR plus abs, I just love that workout. Soooo much fun!!

Sherry - sounds like you had a lot of fun this weekend. Nice job, on BS today.

Double workout day for me! Got in a short run with the dog, then another short run by myself. Also kept the eating pretty good for the day, which is even better since all of the ice cream cake is now gone - eaten by the kids today. Very happy!

Belinda - You must be feeling better. Nice workout!

Allee - We must have been on the same vibe - an oldie but always a goodie that I don't need to think about.

Heidi - Where art thou?

Ok, shower time, then to bed early. Need to go out of town in the a.m. - a 3 hour drive and need to be there by 8 - ugh!

Back with my workout: I did Supreme 90 Tabata Inferno, which by the way was intense!! I sweated my butt off.:D
 
Sherry - I feel much better. I got a lot of rest on Sunday. Double workouts, hah? You go, girl.

Good morning girls,

I took the dogs for a 1.5 mile walk this morning, afterwards I ran for 3.5 or more outside. I also did the extendet stretch from STS.

Allee - get a workout in today;) For $20 you can't beat S90. I am not doing the rotation, just picking workouts from it. I am having way to much fun with 2 FB and a LB/ or circuit workout a week.

Heidi and Sherry - have a great workout today.

HEY! Nice job ladies on your workouts this week!!! :) Another super hectic week for me and no time for any fun. :(

I did a run and abs on Mon. then a hike with my DD that evening. Nothing tues or weds because of work and appointments with my Mom.

I am planning on an upper and cardio workout today. BETTER GET IT DONE THIS TIME!!!

Hi all!

Sneaking in. Tuesday night I did take a nice long walk with the dog. I was wiped out after getting up so early. Yesterday I had to take an early flight out to deal with another problem and didn't get to the hotel until late, so again no workout. Slept in the morning 'til 6 (can't believe that I call that sleeping in!), but do fully intend to get in a wo - hopefully run, as I found a trail nearby - tonight. Flying back home early tomorrow, then off for all next week. Heading to St. Louis to see family. Intend to spend the whole week in my parents' pool. I need the break!

Allee - S90 is such a bargain! And the workouts are pretty good. And I'm just as out of shape. All this traveling is not doing good things for my waistline.

Belinda - Nice run after the dog walk. I like the extended stretch from STS after a wo, but don't often think about doing it after a run. Would do the legs some good!

Heidi - Hope you do get it done today! Life is crazy for all of us!

ok, time to get back to the tasks that they pay me for. Enjoy the rest of the day.

Belinda how is your house search going? My mom is doing ok. She has some tests coming up for a leg that falls asleep or goes numb just from a short walk. Not sure what that is all about. Otherwise doing fine.

Allee how was your coffee and workout? ;)

I did my workout this morning. Sh chest.and back. Then a run with runervals 1.0 felt great to get it done today!

Tomorrow is legs! Oh boy! ;)

PLB DONE! I used a 10#vest along with my weights today. BOY THIS KICKED MY ARS! Going to have DOMS later or tomorrow for sure!

Going to be a busy weekend for most of us so enjoy your weekend and Ck in when you can. ;)

Today is a cookout with the family this afternoon.
Planning on a cycle workout and abs this morning. Legs are a little sore but manageable. I think taking a walk later helped loosen up the tight muscles from
PLB.

Allee: nice job on your workouts! ;) you can only get better with pushups the more you practice. Nice start! :)
