Good Evening and Happy Labor Day!
I've still been unplugged for the last week and staying away from my computer at home for the most part - so no check ins for me. I've actually started Cathes three month January 2012 rotation. I started week 2 today - so STS Disc 4 is done! Tomorrow is Turbo Barre LB Express premix. DH and I have actually been sick all week so I did take a couple of days off. This weekend has kind of been a crap shoot as we slept friday night, almost all day & night Saturday. Our heads were pounding from our sinus headaches and it was awful! I'm still tired! I forced myself out of bed yesterday morning to get Afterburn in because I know the more I sleep the more drowsy I am. So yesterday was "ok" energy-wise. We did get some yard work done yesterday so the weekend wasn't a total crap shoot.
The last three nights we have taken some lazy rides out in the country and have seen a ton of wild life! Its nice getting some fresh air and out of the city once in a while.
I finally went to a physical therapist for my neck/back/jaw issue. My body was out of whack! He did some adjusting which has helped somewhat - but my jaw/neck is still tense. I am 80% positive it is brought on because of my mental state! I am now reading a book called "the worry cure". I really do worry too much which causes anxiety, which then leads to me tensing up. DH says "I don't know why you read books like that". He saids I just need to "go with the flow like everyone else". My problem is that I don't know how! I swear for a year I've gone mental!

Schools starts in my district tomorrow. This will be a good test for me on trying not to worry! Everyone wants everything NOW. I need to keep reminding myself that I am one person and I can only do so much in a day. The world WILL NOT END if someone has to wait.
My fall semester of school starts on Wednesday. Taking a project management class as well as a accounting class. Just two semesters to go - I've got this! Also, another PIYO Strength lesson starts next Tuesday. I've still got some kinks I need to work out of my notes for that...
You are all my inspiration to not make any excuses about my workouts - it looks like everyone has been getting them in even with their busy schedules.

Belinda - I see you've been ill as well? Summer colds suck!
Heidi - I squished another spider in our basement the other day. It was red. Body and legs! I've now squished three of these "red spiders" over the course of a couple of years in the basement. Have no idea what they are, but their color fascinates me!
Sherry - I saw your facebook post of your DH - wow, still running while having a cold. He is more of a trooper than I! Very cool! I hope you enjoyed your "alone time" while your kids and hubs was away.
