Getting it done for September!!

Hi all!

This was a one day trip driving day, so all I had the energy for was Yoga Relax, which was probably the best thing to do after spending 7 hours in a car.

Heidi & Belinda - great job on your wo's!

Just a quick check in: I just finished Tank Top Arms w/ Cindy Whitmarch = 20 min plus Brazil Butt Lift "High and Tight"= 38 min. That is one tough little butt workout, I am sure I will feel my butt tomorrow. :p I really start like these kinda leg workout, they get me good. I didn't felt like doing cardio today and of course, I had to pick something tough instead:p

Tomorrow I will do cardio and yoga. Need to stretch my legs.

Sherry - that's a long drive! Hope you get to relax this weekend.

Heidi - what did you end up doing today?

Hey! Happy Saturday to ya!

Today so far: paperwork...ARGH! I got in a short run and then a really good stretch with the band. MY LEGS ARE SORE! STS legs got me good thurs!

Friday: No w/o just lots of errands.

Belinda: Nice job on that butt workout yesterday. ;) How are those legs today? Your workouts are different sounding and good. I am not familar with either Michelle Dozois or Tank Top Arms w/ Cindy Whitmarch. ;)

Sherry: Good plan with the yoga after all that driving. :) What are your plans for today?

Hi girls,

Today I am starting the Brazil Butt Lift Slim & Shape rotation. I will do Booty Basic = 15 min and Bum Bum = 31 min. I also plan on doing the Butt Bible L1 (2nd week) = 30 min.

Hi all!

Been a crazy few days. No wo's Fri or Sat, but I did get in a 6 mile run yesterday - slow, but steady (that wins the race, right?).

Tonight is open house at school, and the kids have some teachers that we don't know, so yes, heading there this evening. Need to get in some strength work, which one will depend on the time I have.

Not sure the rest of the week will get any better with CC meets, travel and a soccer tournament next weekend. I love keeping the kids busy, but sometimes . . .

Belinda - Is this the first time you've done BBL? Let me know what kind of results you get if you plan ot follow the whole rotation. I can alwasy sue som ehelp in the booty area.

Heidi - How are the legs today? Any better yet? What are your plans for the week?

Karen - Did you survive hte rist week of school? I'm sure it will get calmer this week.

Morning girls,

Lately has been crazy here, getting lots done. We finished DH's work shop and 95% of the garage is done too. DS and I been working in the garage the last few day's. He is a lot of help around the house, lol. He also made Alesia go into the garage to go through her boxes. LOL! By the end of this week we should be done. We have way to much grap!!!

Our German Shepard mix bit my son's dog 2 weeks ago? We don't know why he does that? Yesterday we took him to K9 dog trainer. The training was over 2 hours. I got my hand full with 4 dogs.

Sherry - it's my first time doing BBL! Hopefully this will trim down my legs. All that heavy lifting, bulking it up:(

Heidi - my workouts are a little different. Change is good, right? I need to back off on the high impact, still having PF. It's very painful.

Today finally a weight wo - Total Body Sculpting - brief but better than nothing.

Tomorrow - it's a run day; planning for about 4 miles.

Sorry I have been MIA lately....

Monday: BM2 upper
Tues: Mom to doc and work
Today: BM2 cardio

Sunday: I took a long 2.5 hour hike with my DH. My legs felt great even after. :) DH's on the otherhand were oh so sore Monday. OOPS! I guess I pushed him too far but I really wanted him to see a cool camp out spot.

Sherry: I hear you on the long days and running around. It is really hard to find time just for you. Great job on your weight workout. I wish you luck on your run and that you get that in tomorrow for sure. :)

Belinda: Always something going on at your house. Hopefully all that busy work will be done soon! Nice to have your kids there to help too. ;) Makes things go much faster and you get to have fun doing it too.
So are you having any DOMS yet from BBL? :)
I got some serious DOMS from the band work in LIS AT! That type of band work gets ya good!

The rest of the week is sort of a mixed bag. Work mostly and I hope to do yoga on Friday. Not sure what I will do tomorrow at this point. Maybe legs...maybe just another type of cardio. Depends on the amount of time I have in the morning.
Can't believe this week is already half over!

Hey Girls!

I am on to week three of the january - 3 month rotation. I've had to sneak in my PIYO a few times in there - so I am slightly behind. PIYO started this week so I had to get the routine down! The first class went really well (in my mind anyway!). I will be out of town next week tue-sun so my "rest week" might come early.

School is in full swing, but I'm still trying to avoid it! haha! This weekend might get ugly. :)

I hope all of you are rockin' your workouts and getting in a last minute summer butt kicking in! I know all of you are dedicated and getting it done. :)

Last night's run done this morning - 2 miles followed by iStretch Athletic. Hopefully I can get in some weight work tonight.

Belinda - you are really working those glutes and legs - way to go! How did the dog trainer work out?

Heidi - Poor DH - how are hi legs now? Great job keepingup with wo's with everything going on.

Karen - Hang in there. Saw the pic of the spider - ewe!

TY! DH's legs are better and getting ready to do it all over again. HEHE! I think we should take Sunday's and do something together like trail hiking or running. ;) It was a nice break from the mundane routines.

So weird how DOMS really hit me a day or two after a workout. I am really feeling my upper today....back mostly. Maybe I slept on my stomach too long??? Although I can't say I really slept last night. I woke around midnight and couldn't stop thinking of work related issues. Dragging butt today!
Anyway: Plan for today AB! :)

Off to get it done then head off to work as usual. Make it a good one!

Morning girls,

I went for a walk this morning.

Heidi - well done this morning. You are getting some good workouts in lately. I have my DD/DS go through every box (that we been storing for a few years!!). I am tired moving those boxes around. I am trying to down size. We are going through EVERY BOX in the garage. I already went through all mine a few month ago. Cleaned out my clothet yesterday, still have way to much??? I need to stop buying cloth, lol.

Sherry - great job on that run last night. We only went one time so far, time will tell about the dog trainer..

Karen - good job keeping up with your workouts.

I am all caught up on personals. I will be back later.

Super busy with prep for guests coming on Tuesday. No w/o to report thus far this weekend. Friday I did yoga.

I won't be back until the do lowing week most likely. Just too much going on here lately with work and people. Sorry. :( going to miss you all!!!
