Sorry I have been MIA lately....
Monday: BM2 upper
Tues: Mom to doc and work
Today: BM2 cardio
Sunday: I took a long 2.5 hour hike with my DH. My legs felt great even after.

DH's on the otherhand were oh so sore Monday. OOPS! I guess I pushed him too far but I really wanted him to see a cool camp out spot.
Sherry: I hear you on the long days and running around. It is really hard to find time just for you. Great job on your weight workout. I wish you luck on your run and that you get that in tomorrow for sure.
Belinda: Always something going on at your house. Hopefully all that busy work will be done soon! Nice to have your kids there to help too.

Makes things go much faster and you get to have fun doing it too.
So are you having any DOMS yet from BBL?
I got some serious DOMS from the band work in LIS AT! That type of band work gets ya good!
The rest of the week is sort of a mixed bag. Work mostly and I hope to do yoga on Friday. Not sure what I will do tomorrow at this point. Maybe legs...maybe just another type of cardio. Depends on the amount of time I have in the morning.
