Been a busy couple of work days.

Yesterday I did a 1 hour boot camp workout from Studio Sweat On line
Today was a 1 hr. and 6 min. bike and core workout also by the same site. PHEW!

Off to grab food and a shower. Then the dreaded grocery shopping.

Hi all!

Dog walk done here. Was actually going to get in a run, too, but ran into neighbors while walking, so did that a bit longer and slower than originally planned, but it was nice to visit. That was after picking up the car from its service. Always seems like there are things to do on the way home and not getting started as soon as I'd like. However, I did just finish decurding the cottage cheese and in the process of hard boiling some eggs, so at least I'm putting some prep into nutrition.

Belinda - Great job today! do you count that as double or triple wo's?

Heidi - Whew! That sounds like quite the sweat!

Getting excited about the new wo's since Cathe started posting pics on FB. Anyone else order them?

Back to the kitchen prep. Hope you had a good one!

I did SBF LB Barre 3 = 3 5 in + Upper Back Thights = 15 min last night. Today I will do SBF Tricpes = 15 min and UB 9 17 min.

Today is our 2nd day of the community yard sale. It's raining outside, not sure if we having one today? If the rain stops I will set up. We sold a lot of clothe yesterday. Aleisa sold some of her pillows she makes, I bought some for outside:D they really pretty. People want stuff for 0.25 cents with the price sticker on it? WTH? I think a lot of people go to yard sales and resell stuff. I have Turbo Jam and Less Mill Combat for sale (both are new). I have Cathe XTrain + Ride + Book (still in shrink wrap). Turbo Fire Hiit, Kettelworks 6 DVD's still in shrink wrap. Met Rx comes with 15 dvd's, stability ball, tubing and extras still in shrink wrap. 10 Pounds Slim Down Xtreme w/Chris Frytag, bought it a few month ago. You can read up on it here:

I also will post them on Craigslist and FB. Amazon has new rules on selling which makes it difficult to sell your dvd's. After Nov, Amazon is charging $39 a month for you to sell your dvd's plus you have to show them where you bought the dvd. I don't have a problem with them showing a receipt, I have a problem paying $39 a month if I only want to sell a few dvd's. It's getting harder to sell your unused workout dvd's.

I think I will cancel my Cathe preorder this weekend. After looking at the pic and clip she posted on youtube. I doubt I can do high impact anymore. Plus I already have a lot of HiiT workouts from Cathe.

Weather outside is cold and rainy - very miserable. Activity for the morning was giving blood, so no workout today. Since I'm stuck mostly inside, getting laundry and house stuff done. DD and I took a break and caught up on this week's episode of Scandal.

Thinking about doing XTrain again. I like the timesaver premixes, and since I stuck so the rotation once before, I have faith I can do it again.

Belinda - good luck with the yard sale. I don't tend to do them - really too much work for me. I'd rather just give the stuff to charity - even better when they come pick it up. Those are very high prices to charge to sell things - don't think I'd be going that route either.

I'm getting excited about the new series. I like the short time, and don't mind the high impact. I can see how you would be concerned, though.

Headed out to meet my Mom to help her boyfriend drop his car off for repairs. Not sure why he doesn't pick an auto place closer! Going to be about an hour drive one way.... ;/

Interval treadmill workout 40min.

Then a Z online workout:
Kettlebell workout series #1
  • 40 Side-to-Side Kettlebell Swings
  • 10 Warrior Rows (LEFT)
  • 20 Reverse Squats
  • 10 Warrior Rows (RIGHT)
20 Clams (sounds weird but they are situps with kettlebell starting over the head and legs straight out. sit up and pull knees to chest.)

Sherry: Your rotation sounds great! Do what works right? :) Nice time spent with your DD relaxing when it is cold and miserable outside. Been like here since thursday. Finally sunny today! In the upper 60's.

Belinda: Nice job on your workouts! LOL! that is so true about outdoor sales...
I did get a response from Amazon on that note as well. :( So much for that route! Maybe ebay? Harder to set up though.

Not so sunny, and rather brisk today, but at least it's not raining. Took the dog for a couple of walks, and ran errands plus groceries. Stopped by the library, saw a BH video, and decided that would be the wo today - IOM Strength. Used light weights, but that got me going more than enough.

Heidi - Sorry about all the driving. Great wo today, despite the running around.

Belinda - If you are resting today (and you do deserve it), hope you are enjoying it.

I have an dental appointment this afternoon, my tooth is still hiring. Need to get that checked out. I will be back later for personals.
 
Checking in now while I can get to the computer (DD will be monopolizing it in a bit).

Starting XTrain 90 Day Undulating Rotation today. So D1 - CBS up. Kept my eating very clean and on track today. Still able to get in a protein shake after my wo.

Belinda - Too bad about the tooth. I hope they get that taken care of for you.

That means wo on rotation is Cardio Legs. I jogged on the tm while I finished watching the baseball game (Cards won. Yay!) The did strength only. I'll be feeling that in the morning.

Sherry - thanks about the tooth. I am on my 2nd round antibiotic, hopefully this will do the trick.

Argh! Is this week over yet?

Finally a workout after getting my Mom to her Doc appt. going to CVS and grocery shopping. Then coming home cooking a beef stew for dinner that no one ate yet. :/ Just put it in the fridge.

At around Noon:
Bike workout 35min BOY WAS THIS EVER TOUGH!
Then Hiit Max day 15 from Bodyrock.com
Topped off with an ab workout from a bosu workout. PHEW!

Exhausted now! LOL!

Belinda: Nice job on your lower body workout! Sorry to hear about the tooth issue! Ouchie!

Sherry: Nice job on your run and lower body workout too! How are those legs today? :)

I am trying so hard to get back to my normal early morning workouts but everything seems to be getting in my way lately. Getting quite frustrated for sure! By the evening I am just way too exhausted to do anything but sit on the couch and watch shows with my DH.

You ladies are doing well keep up the good work!

Hi all!

No, the week's not over yet! Work is still crazy! Just trying to get projects done before the end of the year. Although the hours aren't longer, they are a frantic pace while I'm there. Then took DD to a new sports med doc since she's still having problems. Will be trying a different approach, and hope this works, 'cause she needs to move to help with her school stress! She wanted a burger on the way home, so that gave me all the fat grams for the day at once, and not the good ones. But still kept dead on the rest of the day, so not too much damage, right? Did get in a dog walk and Hard Strikes when I got home. UB needed the loosening. LB, was stiff after sitting awhile all day, but really talked to me during those plyo squats - ouch!

Belinda - Hope this round of antibiotics does it for you. Great wo's today. After the Tabata and Legs, how could you even do that last one?

Heidi - Yay! You got in a wo! Bet that wore you out! I'm with you on getting back to early morning wo's, but it will have to wait until after the Cards win the WS!

SBF Upper glutes (25 min)and Core 2 (15 min) is done! Core 2 was super tough. I know I will feel my abs tomorrow. I am still sore from yesterday’s workout. Great workouts! I also did Jeanette Jenkinks 21 Day TB Circuit A (Chest, Tric &Booty )= 38 min

Sherry - sorry your DD is has problems. Hope the PT will help her. Don't worry about one burger. You are doing great with your eats otherwise. Keep it up!

Heidi - you sure made up for your missed workouts. WTG, yesterday.BTW, how is your mom doing?
