Getting it done for October 2014

Hi all!

WO done - dog walk plus XT B&T. Now need to clean up the guest room before my parents get here for the weekend. That's where all the junk gets thrown.

Belinda - I bet you were sore from yesterday. I'm surprised you did anything that worked the LB. You do seem to be having fun mixing up the wo's. Not stressing about one burger, but just looking at the numbers is really an eye opener.

I will do SBF Adv. Quick Hiit and TB Interval 3 = 25 min. Suzanne's cardio are low impact. They really get my HR up without all the impact.

Sherry - looking at the numbers is really an eye opener. It's all about portion control. You can eat all that stuff, but less. I do have fun mixing my workouts up. Good job on your workout yesterday.

HAPPY FRIDAY!

Yesterday I did a spin/sculpt worout. FRIED ME! Especially my legs OOF! This one was over an hour long.

Belinda: Awesome job on your workouts! Wow! Are your meds working now? I hope you get well soon!
Oh and YES! That core 2 workout is tough! Nice job!

Sherry: I agree with Belinda on the burger issue. As long as the rest of you meals are fairly clean and calories don't go over your safe.

Way to go on your workouts! What rotation are you following now?

Well I am sitting here trying to figure out what is next for a workout. Don't feel like a bike workout....many this week as is. I guess I should do a weight workout of sorts just not sure which one. LOL! So many to choose from!

I better get moving and just blind pick something....BBS!

I am done with my workouts. Workouts was round 35 min not 25 min:cool:

Heidi - that workout sounds like a fryer. Good job yesterday. Meds didn't kick in yet, woke up with a tooth pain. I am not giving up hope.

I will be back later. Make it a good one. I may do some yoga later, my hip is tight. BBL!

Today is a Active Stretch = 20 min. I will be in DC today visiting my kids. I will be back tomorrow.

Morning!

Yesterday was Pilates for 35min for stretching out the workout from Friday. Yup I am sore but not super sore. :)

Belinda: I hope you had a great time with your kids in DC! :)
It was raining here most of the day too. Should be better today but chilly.

Woke up and made Turkey no bean chili. :) Smells delish! Breakfast was coffee and a green smoothie.

Today is pick kiwi's day! also close the pool. Not much use this year do to being a cold summer. Boo!

Both workouts are done! I am still thinking adding a Cathe light weight workout?? LOL!

Good morning,

I also did SBF Adv. Stopwatch Planks + Shoulders 2+ Active stretch last night = 40 min. Today I will do SBF Adv. Abdominals = 15 min + Legs = 20 min. I am super sore from SS yesterday.

It's really now fun talking to myselfo_O

Busy couple of days!

Belinda: Tthat pilates was a great stretch out. :) What a sweetie your DH is to cook you such a great dinner! :)
Nice job on your workouts!!!! :) Stop watch planks are tough too. Awesome!

Sunday: Yard fruit picking and pool closing.
Monday: work and a 3 mile walk in my favorite wooded place. :)
Tues: just work and more work.
Today: Studio Sweat online bike and core workout. One hour. Plus yard clean up and mowing for 2.5 hours. Exhausted now!
Tomorrow is work again. I hope to get in something before going but not sure what right now. Maybe a quick Z or BR workout. :)

Ok, ok, so I'm a bit behind. My parents were in town over the weekend, so busy visiting with them. Also, the Cardinals are still in the playoffs, so that means working around the game times to get everything else done. So, needless to say, no wo's since last week. At least the dog has been getting walked.

Commercials are over - time to get back to the game. Glad you're having some good sweats!
