Getting it done for October 2014

Hi all!

Up this morning to do 1 min sprints. This evening was dog walk and BS B&T's. Feeling good.

Belinda - was that really nearly 15 min of planks? Yowza! How's that core feeling? I think you should try XTrain - it's not all hi impact and I really like them.

Heidi - What do you do today? How are those DOMS?

I will do SBF LB Barre 2 = 25 min. Not sure, what else?

Sherry - I did Cathe's Bodybuilding rotation for over 9 month. I really don't want to follow another 3 month rotation, if that makes sense? I think, I am ready in a few weeks, but for now I am happy with what I do. I am also happy with my results. Working harder really doesn't do anything for my weight loss. I will throw in a Cathe workout here and there . I am not ready to follow another long rotation at the moment. I may change my mind in the future, lol. Nicely done yesterday and Happy Birthday to your husband.

Heidi - what are your plans today?

Workouts for today is done. I also did High Reps LB premix. That's it for me today.

2 mile run/walk already done. Now getting ready to head to DD's CC meet. Fortunately, it's not that cold out for a late October morning. Diet only a bit off yesterday - kept things under control despite the cake for breakfast.

Belinda - Nice job on both your wo's yesterday. I can understand not wanting to do a long rotation - especially after completing a 9 month one. I, myself, have trouble sticking with a plan. I do think that you would enjoy the wo's - even just mixing them in to what you are already doing.

Heidi - what are your plans today?

Finally got my workout in. I did SBF Triceps and shoulders 2 = 25 min.

Sherry - good job with your jog and eating. I appreciate your advice on Xtrain, but for now…I am having to much fun with other stuff.

Did a lot around the house today - including raking lots of leaves - seems they all fell off the tree at the same time. at the end of the day, did get in a dog walk (though she did help lots with the leaves ;) ) and XT ALLIHiit. Sweaty mess afterwards - love it!

Hope you got lots accomplished today, too!

I forgot to post my workout yesterday. I walked w/ the dogs 4.5 miles and did abs + stretch.

I am up since 1 a.m.o_O Just did SBF Cardio Barre 3 = 20 min + Upper Glutes = 25 min.

Today I am taking Brawler to the vet to get his stitches/draining tube removed.

Sherry - houseman is a workout and it needs to be done. Good job on XT Hiit workout too. So many workouts and so little time. I am trying to go through my dvd collection. It's a slow progress.

Heidi - have fun with your workout today.

I will take a nap after the vet, getting tired. I will be back later.
 
Morning! Very busy weekend! Mostly house stuff, food shopping and cooking.

Hi ladies,

My root canal went well:D The Endodontist was amazing. I am glad I was sent to her. She ask me every few minutes if I feel any pain. I didn't. She numbed me up really good. I have to go back next month for stage 2. I think the worst is over, the nerve is out. I shouldn't have anymore pain in that tooth.

I will take it easy today. Maybe a walk with the dogs tonight.

Yesterday was a rest day - I was just plain tired.

Today was a dog walk, and still scheduled are sprints and some really good stretching.

Belinda - Sounds like everything is coming together for you - the tooth, the dog's stitches, and still getting your wo's in. You rock! Wonder how long it would take me to work through all my DVD's? Hmmm . . .

Heidi - Your legs should have been on fire after all that! How was walking today?

I was doing great on diet, but then cake for DH's b-day sent me sliding. Need to get that kicked back into gear.

Well, once the numbness wore off I was in a lot of pain. Thank goodness, she gave me a lot of good pain killers. I took it easy and relaxed all afternoon. I assume, I will be in pain for a few day's? I will call the doc this afternoon.

Today I will do SBF LB Barre = 30 min + Adv. Quick Hiit = 10 min

Sherry - fantastic job on that walk. Did you get your run in too?

SBF Arms = 20 min + UB 8 = 10 min is done! That was tough, lots of bodyweight in this one.
We suppose to get snow on Saturday, WTH?o_O:rolleyes: Last few day's it was in the 80's.

After my coffee I will do SBF Barre 18 = 30 min + Waist/legs = 15 min. BTW, I been walking the dogs every day too.
