Sherry - I did Cathe's Bodybuilding rotation for over 9 month. I really don't want to follow another 3 month rotation, if that makes sense? I think, I am ready in a few weeks, but for now I am happy with what I do. I am also happy with my results. Working harder really doesn't do anything for my weight loss. I will throw in a Cathe workout here and there . I am not ready to follow another long rotation at the moment. I may change my mind in the future, lol. Nicely done yesterday and Happy Birthday to your husband.
