Plan for today is : Kickboxing and abs:D

Thank you for starting us off for Nov. Belinda! LOL! I posted early this morning but in the previous check-in. ;)

Workout for today is complete:
TM easy job w/hills for 20min
Z beginner #1:
5 rounds of:
12 squats, 10 push-ups, 12 split lunges, 12 bent over rows

Finished up by doing stretch max #1. Needed that stretch out for sure!

Belinda: Have fun with kickboxing and abs! ;)

Sherry: What are your plans?

10 Pound Slim Down Kickboxing and abs are done!

Heidi - you ran and did Zwow? WOW! Those workouts are tough! Love then you write them down.

Sherry - how is your foot doing? What are your plans today?

Been out of town for work for a couple of days, and forgot to take my travel roller and bands - that wasn't smart - so even problems doing some of my PT exercises. Will definitely get them done today, and maybe even a run. Thanks to PT, I'm not as stiff in the legs today after driving these past few days.

Belinda - Great job working out! So glad you are able to get back in it. How was dinner for your DD's b-day?

Heidi - Missed you! That's one heck of a wo for yesterday. Same intensity plans today?

Raining again here, so no yard work, but also maybe no dog walk - poor pup. Still, make it a good one and catch you later.

Hi Sherry! Oh that was not good...hopefully you didn't get all tightened up again. I hope you can get in a run today. ;)

YUP! Same intensity....I did the same run I did yesterday and then XT Chest, shoulders and back. Timesaver rounds 1-4 with core and stretch.

Felt those pushups big time after yesterdays Z workout of 50!!!! EEK! Now my upper will be totally fried. Good thing tomorrow is a rest day. I may still do a run or cycle however... ;)

Making up for my slaking off last month...although I had no choice with that cold thing.

Need to get some shopping done.

Sherry - Oh, no!! I hope are stretching your IT bands. Take it easy, girl! My DD is out of town, she will be back tomorrow.


Heidi - how can you do all those Zworkouts? Those would kill me:( She does a lot of Burpees! Hate, hate, hate them:confused: You are rocking your workouts, girl! You sure making up for last month;)

Dog walking and PT exercises for me today - and pretty much the usual weekend stuff, too - laundry, housework, groceries.

Belinda - You are doing great getting back in to your wo's. How's that upper body feeling? I'm sure your dogs liked the walk, too.

Heidi - Embrace the soreness - your muscles appreciated working out, tho maybe not all those burpees. LOL.

Last night DH and I went to a bday/Halloween party across the street. We came home around 3:45 a.m:eek: We had so much fun last night. I am dragging today. Still plan on going for a dog walk later today:eek:

Sherry - hope you get to relax today after all that work you did yesterday. My dogs love taking walks, plus I get some extra steps in too.

Heidi - how are you feeling today? What are your plans today.

Belinda: sounds like a great time on Saturday. :) yesterday was a rest day from weights. I did get out with my DIL for a 2 mile walk. :)

Today is intensity! :)

Sherry: weekends are much the same here too. Lots to catch up on. How is your itband doing? Have you attempted an easy jog?

Yup those burpees are killers! Lol! Gets your abs good too!

Hey! Workout confusion today. Lol! Mixed up my plans ...
Today was XT all out low impact HiiT.
Then Z beginner #2.

The XT cardio w/o had me breathless! Feeling the burn in my legs/butt too!

Hi all!

Yesterday was PT as planned. I did a short easy run, 1mile, and for the most part things are good. That means tonight is my last PT appt. So now it will be completely up to me to do the strength work and stretch. Overall, the left side has come a long way and now not that different from the right - that's a very good thing.

Belinda - sounds like that cold and congestion are finally gone. Great job on jumping back into exercises.

Heidi - legs still burning from yesterday's HiiT? How are you torturing them today?

Now that it's colder, time to start looking for more crockpot recipes again.
