Sherry the 10 Pounds Slim Down Xtreme Core was tough, she did some cardio burst in between rounds. You can find those workouts on youtube for free;) Love them! I am so sorry to hear about your sinus infection. Hope it's nothing serious. Rest!

Instead of doing 10 Pounds Slim Down Xtreme Kickboxing again, I am thinking doing Turbo Fire instead:D And for the 10 Pounds Slim Down Xtreme yoga, I will do Turbo Fire stretch.

Hey girls,

I am already in DC, got here very early 6 a.m. It only took us 1:10 min. Which is amazing time. After I had coffee at DD's house , I did my workout. I just got done with my workout. I did Turbo Fire 60=60 min and 10 Pounds Slim Down Recovery Core.

Heidi and Sherry- have fun with your workout today.

This week has been stressful. Work issues galore... This week has been a couple runs from an iFit TM program and yesterday I did Super Cuts premix timesaver 28min. Oh I am feeling that today! Plus an app workout called Gorilla workouts. This was w/o #1: squats, lunges and push-ups.
Then a 2 mile run with an iFit workout called: Red Rock Byway. I wish my TM showed the pictures/videos along the way! I am sure it is beautiful too.

Today is questionable as to what I will do. I am sore again all over. LOL! All in a good way. :)

I ended up doing Turbo Fire EZ45 again and Charlene Extreme Abs! My son's gf did Turbo Fire with me, it was her first time doing it:p

Heidi - I like how you mix up your workouts. Nice combo,girl!

Hey gals!

Finally feeling better. This cold was getting to me, but I think I've kicked it now. No wo's for a few days - just lots of fluids, rest and meds. I got out an raked leaves today - that was enough of a wo. But now that the head is finally clear, I'm good to go!

Belinda - Too funny that you did your wo after arriving at DD's - but I wouldn't have done it before you left either - way to early. You are doing awesome getting them done! Now you have your son's GF doing them with you too? Great that you have company.

Heidi - LOL about the push-ups! Did DH do them, too? Great job on the wo's you did get in. Sorry about the work stress - that's no fun.

Short tonight. Gonna just relax. Tomorrow I should be hitting it.
 
It's Sunday!

Dog and I got in a walk between downpours. Also did an easy 1 mile run on tm. that and all the other weekend house stuff. Think this cold is over, finally!

Yesterday DH and I went to a viewing in Arlington. Last week we got the bad news, that a friend (Ret. CSM) of my husband (we knew him from the Army in Germany) passed suddenly away in Afghanistan. He was only 3 day in county, he fell asleep and never woke up! So sad!!!

I never got my workout in yesterday, just couldn't.

I also walked for 45 min with the dogs.

I will be back tomorrow. Good night!

Last night was the cc banquet for the high school team, so no wo last night. Tonight is another meeting up at school for my son, so not sure if I'll get one in tonight either. DD stayed home from school today 'cause she's now got the cold. Hoping it doesn't get to the guys.

No banquets or meetings to go to tonight, so I can actually get a wo in. Something with weights I think. Also, DD feeling much better today. Hopefully the guys don't get it.

Good morning,

Today I will do cardio and abs. Yesterday I got the flu shot and other Immunizations. My arm is a little sore from the shot. The doc said, the cough can take sometimes 2 month.My lungs are clear, that's great. Hopefully the meds will do the trick.

The day after Thanksgiving DH and I will go to Antigua for our 30 Anniversary. We will stay for 8 day's. We are staying on one of the Sandals Resorts. I am so excited.

Sherry - glad your DD is feeling much better. 10 Pounds Slim Down Xtreme are mostly circuit style workouts. You do 4 rounds with cardio burst thrown in there. You repeat every round 2 times. The workouts are really fun and the time goes by fast. All the recovery workouts you instead of 4 rounds 3! You can give them a try on youtube. They are all free! I love everything Exercise TV produced. Keep up the good work.
