Getting it done for March 2015

Hi all!

D18 is done, and that's half way through STS! Yay! Also a dog walk, which was a definitely a power walk 'cause the wind was biting. Where did the nice spring weather go?

Belinda - You do find the greatest deals! I bet Richard was fun.

Sara - Glad you are still healthy. Great wo plan today - did you do it all?

Heidi - How are you hanging in there? Really, it is spring.

Tomorrow DD has a soccer game, and it's across town, so using it as a rest day and probably no check-in. Make it a good one!

Today I will do 21 DF Upper Fix and SBF. My workout has to wait until later, I have a doc appointment this morning.

Sherry - I wished I would found all my workout dvd's in the Thrift Shop:p It would saved me a lot of money over the years:D I have to admit Richard was a lot of fun and the music was amazing.

Morning,

Today I will do RWH Plyo 1 & 2 + either X10 step or fat burning. I have a board meeting this eve so I may not get in a shorty run/walk, but I'm going to try. I've hit a plateau so I'm feeling pretty discouraged about losing 1 1/2 pounds in 3 weeks, but I'm keeping on bc that's better than 0.

Sherry - I did get in all of my wos + a walk/run last eve. I Hope your DD's game goes well and you enjoy your rest day.

Belinda- hope your doctor appt is productive. I hope you're on the mend as you've been going so much lately.

Heidi - hope to hear from you soon. Maybe your headache is finally gone.

Hello and Afternoon Ladies!

Another start to a busy week. No workout yesterday. Sunday I did do my run and added RWH C,S and Triceps premix of one set each.

Today I just finished:
RWH chest, shoulders and triceps premix #10 where you do abs instead of the finishers. :)
I may add a run but not sure just now...shaking after this first workout.

Sherry: Great job on getting to the 1/2 way mark of STS program! :) LOL! Are you sure it is spring? BRRRR still very cold here and there
are no flowers to be seen. :/
I don't think my headaches are allergy related but you never know...

Belinda: How did your appt. go? I hope all is well! How was your workout? Richard eh? LOL! Wow that is an oldie for sure!

Sara: How did you do today with your WO? Nice job on your run/WO yesterday.

Headaches are still present but they are starting to calm down so maybe I am up the other
side of this run with them. They come in waves for weeks at a time....terrible and bothersome for sure.

Well it is closing in on the end of the month and I have to decide on my next rotation. I am going to check-out
Cathe's April rotation or do another round of Xtrain mixed with another program.

Tomorrow's plan: RWH Low Impact 1 and abs 1 with a cycle workout. :)

Hi girls,

21 DF UB Fix is done. The appointment wasn't for me, had to drive DH to the doc. He gets shots in his back. The type of shots he get, he can't walk afterwards. He needs surgery on for his back eventually;)

Heidi - glad your headaches are calming down. Have you seen a doc for your headaches? You get those a lot, hah? Poor thing (((HUGS))) Yes, Richard:p LOL! It was fun dancing to old songs. Plus, I got a lot of steps in :p:D


Sara - I am doing fine on the meds:) Thanks for asking! Have fun with your workout, girl!

Sherry - good job on STS! I can't believe you are already half way through STS:D I love STS! I never find good deals on workout dvd's.

Morning! Happy Wednesday!

Workout is done! RWH Low impact #2 and abs #2. :) Aiming for a run later this afternoon. Maybe I will get outside for once!

Belinda: Great job getting your workout in early. Sorry about your DH's back issues hope he gets well soon.

No headache this morning even though I didn't sleep all that soundly. Keep my fingers crossed that today will go smoothly.

Nice job on your workout Belinda! :)

So far so good on the head being better. It is now after 5PM! I took a day off from work to just take it easy, guess it is working.

I can't believe we are closing in on another month for this year! EEK! April and spring with weddings coming up in May and the fall. EEK!
I have to get my plan put together for the next couple months and really try to stick to it!

First step was to go back to Jillian M. for my meal plan. Next up is my workout plans.

What are you all doing for a rotation next month?

Tomorrow is RWH Back, biceps and shoulders. Adding in a cardio workout too.

WO done - 2 mile easy run plus dog walk. nice that the HR is bouncing back now that I'm feeling better.

Belinda - Nice job on LBWO. Hope DH is doing ok. How's 21DF the 2nd time through? Are you still adding on another wo?

Sara - Good job on your wo. Don't stress about plateaus. How are the inches doing? You might be retaining a bit more water since you've upped the wo's - that's a normal body response. Maybe easing down a bit and being diligent about the eating will get you moving again.

Heidi - Good that you took care of yourself, taking a day off work and getting in a wo. Glad it's helping today.

Tomorrow DD has another soccer game across town, so it will be a rest day. Last night we all watched as the sun went down, and sure enough, it got so cold! Tomorrow night will be the same - I am so ready for spring weather when I'm outside like this.

I will do 21 Day Fix Pilates today. Yesterday I had over 20K.

Sherry - good job yesterday. You know what to expect the 2nd time around:p It's not easier. I add Barre (all the workouts are low impact) and walks.

Heidi - hope you had a relaxing day yesterday. Like your plan for next month. Have fun with RWH Back, biceps and shoulders today.

Yeah its finally Friday! Long week for sure!

Another busy work day but I did get in my Run this morning! 3.3 miles hill intervals. Phew!

Sherry: I think getting in a run early is better I have found and it wakes me up. :) Great idea! Nice job on your run and doggie walk.
It must be getting warmer there now. Is your snow still piled up? It is here but love seeing the sun finally! Yesterday was nice but today
it rained early. Just love that it is getting warmer.

Belinda: Nice job 21 DF pilates and on your walk! Wow! :)

I wore my band today and managed over 7miles total from my run and daily steps. :)

Sara: How are you doing? :)

Tomorrow is a short run and my planned RWH upper workout from Thurs. I ended taking the day just for work.

Yes, it's Friday. I did get in a 2 mile plus stretch. Lots to catch up on, but I'll need to do that this weekend.

Hi All,
Had a crazy busy week so I was just too tired to get up early enough to post each day. Pushed my sleep to 5:10 so I could allow just enough time to wo before work. You all sound like your week went well.

Heidi - So glad you stayed home to try to take care of yourself. Did the headache stay away when you went back to work?

Sherry - your family sunset sounds nice. I hope your DD game went well. I agree that it's much nicer to be out for those events when it's a bit warmer.

Belinda - great job on your wos this week! You always fit them in.

Today is the last day of the RWH rotation. I'll do the Hiit It Legs and add on some cardio in a bit and hopefully, if my legs aren't too fried, I'll get in a run/walk this evening.

Not sure what I'll do next. I'm thinking I'll do week 3 of this rotation next week b/c my boys and I are headed to the Grand Canyon for spring break, which is the week after that, so I don't want to start a whole new rotation. I'm thinking I may take a couple of DVDs in case I can get a DVD player in my room.

Today was housework catch up. I managed over 5 miles in just that! LOL! This house is too big!

Afternoon!

Belinda: :) I like a clean house but it is impossible with boys at times. Great job on your workout yesterday!

Last night was a bust for any sleep. Up all night and finally got tired enough to fall asleep around 6-9am. Got up had coffee and
breakfast and went back to bed at around 11am.
Got up again around 2 and feel really groggy. Not sure if I will get anything done today.

I have to give my self a break I guess. I did get in 4 days of workouts and yesterday was very busy with house duties.

Hello to Sherry and Sara! Hope your both are doing well.

Been a bit off this week here at home. At Thursday's night game, DD collided with another player and ended up with a mild concussion, so she's taking it easy and we're keeping an eye on her.

Friday - I did get in a 2 mile run, plus worked from home

Saturday - D20 for the legs, then went out with friends to the roller derby - quite the experience, not something that I'll be doing myself. But was quite entertaining, both the skating and the crowd.

Sunday - 3 mile run

Belinda - We all have slow days, especially in the morning. That's why I find for me it's best to workout in the afternoon/evening - I can move better and push for higher intensity. Good to still get it done.

Heidi - Ditto on the clean house. Seems like they pass through sometimes just to dump off stuff, and definitely dump is the right word.

Sara - Your trip sounds great! I'm sure all of the walking and hiking you'll be doing will be plenty of exercise.

Back to laundry. Hope you are having a good one.

OK workout for now: RWH premix 7. This is 2 sets and finishers only. Just right! Going for a 3 mile walk with DH when he is ready...

Exactly on the dump everything and leave it for me to pick up. OI! Can't wait for them to have their own place and have to clean up after themselves. This should be interesting.... LOL!

Have fun with your laundry....just cleaned up the kitchen myself. Dish pan hands for sure!
