Happy Sunday!
Yesterday was a rest day - I gave blood.
Today wo's are done - sprints plus stretch and BA2. I like the abs in the new series, too - a few different moves that are challenging because they are different. Rest of the day is the normal weekend stuff - laundry, cleaning, and groceries.
Loving this "warmer" weather - temps in the 20's today here in MI. Will be taking the dog out for a good long walk shortly. More snow forecasted for tonight, then a nasty dip in temps again, so need to get her out while I can tolerate it.

Belinda - Enjoy your more relaxing wo and dog walk today. Don't let those grey winter skies get you the blues. Heidi - Great job getting in your run first thing. Hooray for no pizza, though that's what we had last night (and Oreos at the Red Cross 'caues they had them again, and Five Guys for Lunch 'cause that's what DD wanted after her soccer ref recert class - so all in all not good on the clean eating).
Goals this week - eat clean - planning my menu before I go so the store - and get up in the morning to do cardio before work. What areyour goals this week?
