Getting it done for January 2015

Good evening!

WO done - tonight I did sprints on the tm. Had chili waiting in the crock pot when we got home, which was welcome because mother nature chose this afternoon's rush hour to snow - not much accumulation, but enough to make the drive slick and slow.

Short post - I'll catch up on personals tomorrow.

Today I will do cardio, not sure what yet? I also will do SBF Killer Abs and Vintage Stopwatch Planks.

Heidi - sorry you still feeling under the weather. Hope you feel better soon. And yes, shoveling snow is a workout.

Sherry - good job on that run yesterday. I always forget to use my Crock Pot, lol. Those things come in handy.

Today is Plyo Hiit 1 and X10 Cardio Blast. Both tough, but Plyo 1 is a butt-kicker. I still need to take breaks and drink at least 1 1/2 glasses of water to get through it. I love it as a marker though.

Sherry, I love my crock pot too. Always looking for new and healthy recipes to go in that thing. I used mine yesterday too for a blackeyed peas and greens recipe that was so amazing I ate too much.

Belinda, what is SFB? Hope it is fun.

Morning!

Still not up to much. woke with headache and just plain out of it.
Coffee and breakfast got me on my feet.
Ran 1 mi on the tm then did RWH chest and finished up with another 2 miles.

Sara: Your Dinner sounds yummy! Recipe? HEHE :)
Great job on your workouts! Have fun with the plan for today.

Sherry: Great planning on the Chili! We are still having snow issues here too. Snowing good right now. Argh! Time again to pull out that shovel.

Belinda: I am so sick of being under the weather. :/ I figured I better do something to burn it off and I do feel a bit better at the moment.

Today is "Ride" again. Halfway dreading, halfway excited. It's really hard, but I feel accomplished when it's done. Then I'm off for a walk with old friends.

I prepared the sauteed part the night before then dumped it all in the crock pot in the morning. I also used turkey broth instead of vegetable broth b/c that's what I had. Yummy! I will definitely be making this again.

Yesterday ended up being a rest day - ran lots of errands on the way home from work and had to get in some shopping in the evening.

Today I did sprints, on the tm of course. Also, a horrendous trip to the grocery store. Not the place to go on the day before the Superbowl and a snow storm hitting.

Glad everyone's getting in wo's. Gotta be helping all of us.
