Getting it done for February 2015

Hi all!

D12 done - leg wo #1 for the week. Making sure I do the conditioning work at the end, cause that's all about my running strong.

Belinda - Great work today. Your body does probably appreciate the break. I don't know if you can tell, but I am logging my food everyday in MFP - and I do notice it's helping. Thanks for your encouragement.

Sara - Did you survive Imax2? Glad your son is feeling better, though I'm sure today completely wore him out. And you needed the rest, too. Even though they grow up, you're still up with them when they aren't feeling well.

Heidi - Hope you enjoyed your "me" day. Got your work in. Did you get a pedi, too? I'd like too but no one sees my feet but me these days, and that's only in the shower. Always wearing socks and slippers.

Hope you had a good one. We'll be back at it tomorrow! See ya then.

Good morning,

21 Day Fix Lower Fix is done. I still have to do SBF workout today.

Sherry - I am not really taking a break :) I am still working out 1.5 - 2 hours a day :p I am not sure if I mention it here, but I have been doing the 30 Day Butt Lift (YT)rotation too. Today is my last day :D I also walk a lot to get all my steps in every day. Love my Fitbit. Nice job on D21. I am glad MFP is help with the eating.

Heidi - good job yesterday with RWH chest, shoulders and triceps. How are your arms today? I think I will do RWH after I am done with the 21 Day Fix? We shall see!

Sara - glad your son is doing better. Haven't done IMAX in a very long time. That's a tough one.

Waving Hi to everyone that checks in after me.

Hi all!

3 mile run done, plus stretch. Getting very tired of the cold. Want to be taking walks outside. So does the dog, poor thing.

Belinda - You are doing great! I wish I had the time you have to work out, but that's why I'm really watching my eating. It's all paying off. but need more recipes for chicken and broccoli - we have that an awful lot. ;)

Waving Hi to Heidi and Sara!

Hope you all had a good one!

Good morning,

I will do 21 Day Fix Pilates after my coffee.

Sherry - when I say I workout 1.5 hours, I am also including my dog walks:p I usually workout for 45 min to 60 min, then I go for a long walk with my dogs. I do walk my dogs almost every day for almost an hour. I don't watch a lot/hardly TV, unlike most people here in the US. I like to go outside as much as possible, I even walk my dogs in the snow:D DH and I walk the dogs almost every evening, unless the roads are icy:) Good job yesterday.

Waving Hi to the rest of the gang. BBL!

Hello to you all!

Yesterday was a bust for workouts due to work.

Today's plan is a run and some pull-ups if I can. LOL! OMG my arms are sooooo super sore from RWH!

Sherry: I am with you on the freezing cold temps. Getting very annoyed with it all now. I just can't seem to get warm enough at this point.
Changing into my workout clothes is a dread now too. :/
Nice job on your leg workout and run.
Keeping my fingers crossed we get out of this deep freeze real soon! I want out so bad I can taste it.

Belinda: What's the 30 Day butt lift from? :) Nice job on your workouts and pilates today. Awesome you can still get out for walks too!
Our roads are packed with snow and or ice with 2 way roads being now one way making it a dangerous situation. ENOUGH WITH THE SNOW ALREADY DEAR MOTHER NATURE!

I went to work to find my DH in the office wincing in pain. He told me that he was working and pulled a muscle across this lower back.
OH Boy.... ;/ He is now home in bed with a heating pad. I hope it helps! So sad to see him all bent over like he was 90 or so.

Sara: How are you doing today? Did you make it through your workout the other day?

Run in a bit. Just tried the pull-ups but had to jump to get up to the bar and hold and slowly lower. Well that's it for today. LOL!

BBS!
Heidi

OH! I didn't get a pedi...want one though. :) I know this time of year we are mostly in shoes but it just feels so good to have it done and looks great after.

Good Evening!

D10 done - fried the pecs and shoulders good!

Belinda - How do you like the 21DF wo's? Intense enough? I agree on the TV watching! We only have 2: 1 in the family room and 1 in the basement, which is mostly for working out. We've made it work all these years. When the weather gets nicer, I'll be walking the dog much more, but now it's just too cold and the roads are just too difficult - we don't have sidewalks in our sub. I like to especially walk her on run days, for warm-ups and cool downs.

Heidi - Hope your DH feels better quickly. Back pain is no fun. Did you get your run in? Lol on the pull-up. Arms still sore?

Sara - Hope things are back to normal at your house and everyone is feeling better.

Dinner about done - just steaming the asparagus. Think I like it more than DH, but he's dealing with it.

Hope you had a good one!

Good morning,

I will do 21 DF Cardio Fix and SBF.

Sherry - we don't have sidewalks either. I agree, it's difficulty to walk the dogs with all the snow (we still have a lot of snow) , but they do need their exercise too. The cold doesn't border me, I am used to walking in the winter. I do dress warm when I walk. I like getting fresh air every day. I will not walk the dogs if the roads are icy, but the roads are clear. Perfect for a walk! 21 Day Fix is very intense. You can make it as intense as you want, she also has a modifier. DH and I like it a lot.

Heidi - it's on BeFit on Youtube, they also have the 30 day workout calendar. I love BeFit channel. Heidi our road/sidewalks are packed with snow too. The snow is so high the dogs have a hard time doing their business. How are your arms after those pull ups? Good job on your run. Oh no! Hope your DH is feeling better soon.

Sara - hope all is well.

I will be back later today. Have a great Friday, everyone.

Morning Ladies - What a week this has been. I've just been so busy with kid activities that I haven't had the time to log on. I did do Imax2 and it was hard, but I don't think it's as hard as Imax3. Imax 3 gets me into anaerobic ranges for a good portion. I use two risers for both 2 & 3. Definitely fun though. Yesterday I did Crossfire extreme. That's another tough one, but I love the variety. Flies by. Today I'll do Party Rockin Step2. It's a good one too. On Monday I'm going back to the RWH rotation.

Heidi - I hope your DH's back is feeling better. Back muscles can be so painful and take a long time to heal.

Sherry - great job on your eating. I try so hard to eat a clean diet, and do pretty well, but got on the scale recently and am not happy. I'm back on MFP for calories, and stick pretty close to the calories (which is 1200+exercise). How do you calculate?

I hope you ladies can survive the snow and cold. I must end soon (she says with a hopeful lilt).

Happy Friday All.

Hi all!

3 mile run done. Picked DS up after work - he's home for a week for spring break.

I'll catch up on personals tomorrow. Hope you had a good one.

Good morning,

I will do 21 Day Fix Dirty 30 and SBF Active Stretch after my coffee :)

Heidi - how is your husbands back doing?

Sherry - nice job yesterday on your 3 miler.

Sara - nice job on IMAX3 and CF. Both are tough workouts.

I will be back after my workouts.

Morning!

Finally a workout! I am holding myself accountable this week!
RWH low impact #1
Was going to do a run but the TM program was acting up and would not connect with the internet.

DH is doing a lot better and is now walking straight! LOL! Poor guy this was a bad one for him.

Belinda: Thank you for the link! I will check it out soon. Great job on your workouts and braving the cold. :)

Sherry: Enjoy your time with your Son being home. Awesome job getting in your workouts too!

Sara: Sometimes life just gets busy. Good job on IMAX 2! Those are tough ones for sure!

Well time for breakfast. :) Enjoy your Sunday!
Heidi

Good morning!

Yesterday - D12, 2nd time this week - why is the wo area in the basement?

Today - legs quite stiff this morning due to yesterday, but got them moving, did a 2mile run plus stretch. Need to get D11 done later today and then I am done with M1! So looking forward to next week's "recovery" week.

Weight didn't budge this week, even with eating dead on and exercise very good (though with 2 wo's today, it might show up tomorrow ;)). I'm targeting 1400 calories 6 days a week, and 2200 1 day (which is today). Having company over later, so that will be easy to do.

Happy that this week, temps are supposed to be above 0* every day! We might even see 30*. Focusing on the good where I can.

Belinda - great job on 21DF and BL! Keep up the great work.

Sara - Yep, kids keep us busy, to much sometimes. RWH is great - enjoy the rotation. Think I answered you eating questions above.

Heidi - Yay, a wo for you! Too bad about the internet. Technology can be frustrating sometimes.

Gotta get rolling - laundry, cleaning house, starting the roast, . . . have a good one!
