No workouts thus far for this week. :/
Been super busy with tax season prep and snow clearing.
Today is a new day! So I am off to finally Get It Done! RWH back, biceps and shoulders. Adding in a short run as well.

I usually try to eat a little something before my WO's. Toast w/PB or
banana and PB. Very light foods with a little protein.
