Morning Belinda and Sherry!
Busy couple of days lately and today will be no exception.
Monday I did get in my workout with a JM circuit w/o and a 2.25 mile trail run with my DD. I was feeling my hamstrings and shins yesterday but all good. Shins are still a bit sore today.
Tuesday I did STS disc #5. Yup Sherry getting DOMS from this for sure! LOL! My weights have been increased according to the program and I feel it today. The hardest part of this program is getting the little increases added to my DB's or BB. I have some small magnet weights that about 1/4 a pound each. Sort of a pain to use because I have to add so many to my DB's.

Looks pretty silly to say the least.
Today I have a run interval to do. I have to make it short and sweet because I have a long drive out of town for a meeting.
Belinda: Great job on your workouts! Have fun today with D2.
Sherry: Sorry to hear about your DD's game. I remember some teams that my DD went up against and it was just known from the start it would be a tough one to win.
Nice job on your run!

I hope your weather clears up soon so you can get outside next time.
I am feeling my run for sure! The TM is great for keeping up your runs but once you get out you will definetly be feeling it.
How is your DH's P90X program going along?

Has he stuck with it?
