Sorry for beeing MIA this weekend and venting the other day (not sure, if you my post or not?:eek:). Been unpacking since Friday, can't stop:( missing all kinds of stuff.

Today I will start M1.

I will catch up later, need to get my workout in. BBL!

Today is a holiday and dh is home. Not sure what my w/o will be or if I will do one at all.
I may get together with my dd to do something too. :)

Hi all!

Weights tonight - using S&H for the next two weeks, so tonight will be C&B. Taking the weights up again - looking for those DOMS!

Belinda - Hope you do find everything soon, hopefully misplaced and not completely missing. yes, you definitely need a good, hard workout to work off some of that stress - M1 should help.

Heidi - Figure out what you are doing yet? No one off for the holiday, so just hte normal chaos. I usually watch a taped show while I'm on the treadmill, since I'm never around to watch them the first time thru.

Back to work now. Will check in later after my wo.

Good morning,

I did M1 D1 and stretching last night. Still unpacking boxes, I have way to much. I will not buy anything anymore, except food. Nomore workout DVDs and more more cloth/shoes, lol. Oh, I almost forgot no more dishes, lol! I am still looking for things, hopefully they still in other boxes. Still have like over 100 boxes to unpack.
 
Sherry - I can't wait until I use all my older Cathe DVDs again, have fun with S&H the next 2 weeks.

Heidi - so did you get a workout in yesterday?

Hi all!

Still not having the DOMS that I'm looking for, even though I went heavier, which means: 1) I'm stronger than I think and 2) I really need to start STS soon!

Tonight's wo will be a 4 mile interval run.

In snowed today,just an inch, but enough to slow things down. Fortunately, DS already decided not to take his stuff for distance training tonight, but rather opted to run on the treadmill. DD has a volleyball game against the other middle school in the district, and they are going to get crushed, literally, and then may go to an optional soccer practice. Gotta squeeze my run in around all that!


Belinda - What wo did you decide to do? I am enjoying doing some of my older Cathe's. I decided that paper plates are the way to go yet? Dishes are the worse. I've wondered on past moves why I bothered to pack some stuff. I should have just gotten rid of it.

Heidi - Whatcha doin' today? How are your DOMS from STS so far?

I did Hiit 40/20 this everning.

Sherry - I am not always getting DOMS, you are getting stronger. Keep doing what you been doing. Have fun with your 4 miler tonight. Well, I can't get rid of to much stuff, it's all very nice. I already got rid of a lot of stuff, lol. The bright sight, I don't have to buy anything for many years to come, lol. That's forsure. Like I said, no more buying for me for a very long time.

Where is Heidi today? Heidi???:eek:

Run done! DD's team lost, unfortunately as expected. DS done with HW already. All in all, a good night.

Morning Belinda and Sherry! :)

Busy couple of days lately and today will be no exception.

Monday I did get in my workout with a JM circuit w/o and a 2.25 mile trail run with my DD. I was feeling my hamstrings and shins yesterday but all good. Shins are still a bit sore today.

Tuesday I did STS disc #5. Yup Sherry getting DOMS from this for sure! LOL! My weights have been increased according to the program and I feel it today. The hardest part of this program is getting the little increases added to my DB's or BB. I have some small magnet weights that about 1/4 a pound each. Sort of a pain to use because I have to add so many to my DB's. ;) Looks pretty silly to say the least.

Today I have a run interval to do. I have to make it short and sweet because I have a long drive out of town for a meeting.

Belinda: Great job on your workouts! Have fun today with D2. :)

Sherry: Sorry to hear about your DD's game. I remember some teams that my DD went up against and it was just known from the start it would be a tough one to win.
Nice job on your run! :) I hope your weather clears up soon so you can get outside next time.
I am feeling my run for sure! The TM is great for keeping up your runs but once you get out you will definetly be feeling it.
How is your DH's P90X program going along? ;) Has he stuck with it?

Good evening!

So, today being the first day of Lent, I decided to give up laziness, at least for today. So early I did HiiT 30/30 (and I thought I was getting in cardio shape - I've been humbled) and this evening I did S&H - LS. Both were good workouts, and I'm not going to worry about DOMS anymore because I do know that I'm working hard when I lift.

Yeah, the volleyball game was a heartbreaker to watch. But it's over. We know our team struggles, but at least they still put forth the effort. DD isn't too worried, because she's already decided that she'll be running CC next year in high school, which is at the same time as volleyball.

As for DS, he's being taking it easy, not lugging his running stuff to stay after school and just running on the treadmill when he gets home. I don't blame him; the weather has been cold, rainy and windy.

DH, well no, he hasn't done P90X2 regularly. He plays soccer twice a week, and he really like the rest & recovery disc so work out the kinks post game.


Belinda - How many boxes did you take care of today? There is an end in sight, really! It's always amazing to see how much "stuff" we all have.

Heidi - Surprised you could even type today due to the DOMS. I need to get those little weights - yet another thing on the wish list.


Time to throw my bag together. Heading out again tomorrow for an overnight trip. Running gear, Travel Fit and bands ready to go.

Yesterday was a hectic one for me with driving and meetings. I did get in my run before heading out and it was a good one. :)

Today was another busy day and didn't have time for a w/o. I guess it will be a rest day for me.

Hi all!

Today 's wo was a 4 mile run, with the intervals getting longer. The last one was really hard to pound out, but I did it. Then I conciously choose a clean meal for dinner (grilled lean beef, steamed broccoli and grilled asparagus), rather than what I was kind of craving. Pat myself on the back here.

Feeling yesterday's wo in the shoulders a bit. Finally! Not sure about the legs. Not that bad, but it could have contributed to the effort required to run tonight.

Heidi - Glad you could get in a run. Nice to know we're able to be moving again. Enjoy your unintended rest day.

Belinda - Did you get lost in your boxes?

See you all tomorrow, but it will be late. Still hoping to get in that SH BT workout when I finally get home tomorrow evening. Have a good one.

I was so excusted yesterday, just did MMA Kickbox and that was it;) All those unpacking is getting on my last nerves.

I have D3 legs on tap today. What about you girs?

Good morning! Or almost afternoon.

No wo yesterday. The weather didn't cooperate with my flight back, so it was delayed. I did make it home last night, walked in to the house about 9:00, and was exhausted.

So, to get back on track, I need to do S&H TB, but would also like to get in my run. Not sure if I can fit both in the time or energy that I have right now.

Belinda - MMA Kickbox should have loosened you up a bit, no? I bet you are as worn out as I am right now.

Lots of stuff to do around the house, the usual weekend stuff. Will catch up with you later.

How did your leg workout go? ;)

I hear ya on the unpacking...getting rid of....just wanting it to end. It will get there even if a few boxes remain unopened for a bit. :)

I haven't checked in because everytime I went to there was a virus threat alert for this website so I would close it quickly!!!!

How was your day? :) Were you able to get in a workout?

I have been doing the same around here with house stuff and paperwork. This morning I got up early and did Disc 7 C,S&Bi. It got me good! I couldn't do the push-up drop sets!

This evening I was planning on a run and abs. My DD was going to come over so we would go to our favorite trail but it has been super windy all day. There was a tree down next door so that was that...

Friday I did LIS TB lower Body. That is a goodie! :)

Thurs: No workout

I hope you both have a relaxing evening because you sure deserve it! :)

WO done! Arms are nicely fried. And I did the abs, too! (patting self on back)

DH grading papers. DS has a friend over to play video games. DD over at a b-day party. So was easy for me to get the time to wo this evening. Nice for a change. However, when I came upstairs, DH was now killing aliens with the boys . . . hmmm . . . so much for having to focus on grading papers.


Heidi - How are your arms feeling now? Super windy here also, so dog walk was shorter than normal. Still waiting to get outside for runs, though the treadmill has been a very good investment for all of us.


Time to get rolling on dinner. Probably just pasta since I'm not extremely motivated to cook (but am I ever?).

Hi all!

Today was a run day, and it's done! 3 miles steady state. Felt great this evening. Love seeing the progress in my cardio! This morning I did CCC to compensate for the GS Thin Mints I devoured yesterday. Arms not feeling fried today, and it was good I could use them considering how much we've had to get done today.

Hope you both are having a good one!
