Finally a wo today! Along with the regular dog walk, I did ME tonight - kept the weights very light, but I still think I'll be feeling it tomorrow.

Belinda - Great jog today with both D% and the yoga. Still need to check that site out.

Heidi - what were your plans today?

Woke up this morning and decided to get in some cardio - BS was perfect since I didn't have to think while doing it.

I have some exciting news to share with everyone-my daughter Alesia and her friend started their own little sawing business awhile ago and their some of her pillows were featured on a very popular blog Carrie Bradshaw Lied today. I am so proud of them. I am not trying to sell anything-I just wanted to share the news with you all as I am so proud-they got an entire blog post about their pillows:D Alesia gave me some outdoor pillows and I love them. I just finished Turbo Fire EZ45. That was a lot fun and a sweat fest! I also did Day 4 yoga challenge for the abs.

Today was BH cardio kettlebell workout. Good one I like these. ;)

If I didn't post yesterday my w/o was LIS tri sets upper. I felt that later in the afternoon for sure!

Hey Sherry! What's with it this month? It seems so super busy for both of us. Between getting treads for the next school year and work it has been crazy.
I hope things calm down soon so we can get back on track and on a regular routine.
Good job even with your dog walks it helps to destress too. ;)

So tomorrows plan is body max 2. :)

Hi all, again!

Belinda - That is so cool for your DD! That will help pick up business, I'm sure! Oh, and great job on your wo's today!

Heidi - Despite the craziness, at least we're getting in some wo's! Would like for life to slow down a little, but it just keeps speeding up! Good job in squeezing in some great wo's!

Had some time and energy this evening, so after the dog walk, did some glute work from SC - weighted hip thrusts, front barbell squats, and deadlifts. We'll see how the glutes are doing tomorrow.

Woke up with some stiffness in the legs, but not as much as I'd hoped for. I did do a tm incline walk this morning, and plan for some weights later. Trying to the wo's in when I have the time.

Belinda - Yoga after a leg day? You'll have to let me know how that works out. I bet those dogs are glad you finally walked them.

Crazy day...no workout yet. Will have to do a run and Kettlebell swings later.
No DOMS! I can't believe it! LOL! Need to go heavier or something. ;)

Well, no weights happened last night. As the day wore on, I felt the glutes and hamstrings more, so settled for a dog walk last night to work them out.

Today, had to go pick up the rental car for my work travel this week. Since it was only about 3 miles away, I ran up to get it. I think that's it for today, except maybe more stretching later. DD and I are going to take it easy for today and maybe shop, or get some movies.

High fives to both of you yesterday for your wo's. What are your plans today?

Just finished JM shred it with weights. Used 20# KB for swings. Shoulder presses I dropped 10# db.

Yesterday turned into a rest day due to work. :/

I just finished my workout. I did Turbo Fire Low HiiT = 20 min, abs and Yoga for the lower Back Day 6=16 min.

Heidi - you go, girl! I bet you will feel your UB tomorrow:D How do you like JM Shred?

The JM w/o is good and keeps you moving quick to the next exercise and sets. The next time I do it I will try the highest level for I am sure I will feel it big time! ;)

Yesterday I did the XT all out low impact HiiT

Today's workout:
Warm-up and cool down/stretch by XT tabatacise

• Zshred # 3 Workout: 1 minute Jump Rope (High knees)
• 50 Air Squats (Fast) 30 weighted Step-Ups (Step up on bench or step with just one leg, and push your hips forward.)
• 10 Lunge Jumps (same side, then switch)
• 25 weighted plie squats
• 25 Split jumps (alternate each leg)

40 double arm swings: 20#KB
60 single arm swings: 15#KB
40 double arm swings: 20#KB

Dripping sweat everywhere! Awesome workout. Loved it but I am sure I will feel it later. LOL!

i was cleaning/organizing my closet this morning. Got rid of some cloth I never wear. Why do I buy so much cloth? I am also searching online to find a nice queen size bed for our guest bedroom. I do have an aero bed (?) not sure if I should get a real bed? I do plan on downsizing in a few years, what do I do with the extra bed.
