GETTING IT DONE FOR AUGUST!!!

Good evening,

Instead of doing cardio today I did STS D8 and yoga. Thursday we are driving to Virginia Beach, so I will finish up Week 3 with STS. I am not worried about the cardio, will be doing lots of walking or not:p

Hi Belinda: Nice job yesterday on your workout and cleaning efforts. It is a hard decision on getting an actual bed or not. It's just another thing to move if you are planning on it. ;)

I did sign up for Z and have a pass to check her site out. :) Looks great and love the weekly schedules.

Today was: STS cardio core circuit. PHEW! That was awesome and tough. :) I will take a break tomorrow from hard core cardio and do PUB. Not that that is any walk in the park either. LOL! :)

Good morning,

I was sick all day long yesterday. My stomach is upset and my throat is killing me.Not sure, what is is all about:confused: We are leaving this afternoon for the beach. I am so excited.

I will do D9 and yoga today.

Heidi - I did ended up buying the gray bed, DH thinks we need one for your guest or when my kids come and visit us. Let me know, how you like ZGym. That CCC is a tough workout, wtg!

I do like the Z workouts and the way she has it set up for the weeks plan too. They are tough but doable and love that they are short. Next week I will be doing Z, BH and JM alternating workouts.

Today's workout:
PUB and I did my KB swing too. I did 20 KB swings in between the exercises for a total of 100. Met my goal for today! :)

Today's workout: XT legs: standing, ball and chair. That's it for today.

Tomorrow is Drill Max. Hopefully...my shins have been sore the past couple days from all the jumping. They currently feel a little better so we shall see in the morning or I will modify. Upper is feeling PUB! :)

It's been a really long week - lot's of long work days so hence no wo's. :( I'm back home now, and finally slept last night. thinking I'll do some type of total body wo today, plus dog walks of course, but need to get all the muscles loosened up first.

Heidi - Maybe I'll join you on Drill Max, if you still have that planned. I love how you are mixing things up. Are you following a rotation?

Belinda - Great job keeping up with STS! Hope your throat is better. Enjoy your trip to the beach!

Today I kicked it up with J.M shred it w/weights level 2. PHEW! Then I did a Z shred #6 workout. PHEW again! ;) That should do it!

Tomorrow's plan:
Pure Strength back and biceps and abs ;)

Sorry for not checking in. I had a blast at the beach. We got back Saturday night. I am having lots of problems with my sinus, the beach didn't help:confused: My nose is stuffed and my throat is still bordering me.

I did do D10 and yoga last night.

Heidi and Sherry - you girls kicking butt with your workouts. WTG!

Sorry I've been MIA. Life is kind of crazy right now. Will it slow down when school starts? Been getting in plenty of dog walks, which the pup appreciates. Tonight I finally did a real wo - 2.5 miles of incline walking on the tm.

Great job both of you keeping up with your wo's. You are both doing awesome! Proud of you!

Good morning,

Yesterday ended up being a rest day. Wasn't feeling we'll. In the evening I did 15 min yoga. Today is D12 legs, yoga and abs.


Heidi and Sherry -----what are your plans this weekend?

I've been MIA a lot lately. Travel for work has been insane, and will continue to be so for the next few weeks. Will have many 12+ hour work days, which leaves little time for anything else. And since I'm on the road, no dog walks - poor pup! At least there is an end in site.

This weekend, DD's soccer team is in a tournament. Next weekend is a my brother's wedding. After that school finally starts.

This week, my ragweed allergies kicked into hi gear, so even if I could find the time to exercise, I'd have trouble breathing - my head is so stuffed up. That usually lasts about a week.

Everything will be hit or miss for a short bit, but in a few weeks, I do plan to come back and hit it regularly. Please be patient.

Belinda - You are doing great with another round of STS and the yoga. NO problems with your foot? Is the yoga challenge helping your flexibility?

Heidi - Are your kids back in school yet? Is your house as insane as mine?

Sherry: yes it is getting even worse with the craziness! Lol! So I hear ya with having a work load of stuff to do.

Yesterday I did a TM hilly run. Everything else is sore! Lol!

Today is catch up on house chores. Tomorrow I am heading off with my Aunts to celebrate one of their birthdays. :)

Monday I hope to be back in action with my workouts. Good to take a mini break so I don't get worn out.
